Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop out the flesh into a bowl and mash it with a fork until it is smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Melt the butter in the pan. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs until they are well-beaten. Pour the eggs into the pan and let them cook for about 30 seconds.
