Simple Delicious Butternut Squash Soup
Soup is one of my favorite meals. Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall - soup is appropriate for them all! Quite a few of my soup recipes are long simmering and require time to prepare. Not this one! Butternut squash soup is a quick five to ten minutes of prep, 30 minutes of cook time, five more minutes to finish and you are ready to serve. Homemade soup from stove to table in less than an hour. Perfection!

Facebook Recipes: Orange Chicken
Sometimes, you want to do nothing more than order Chinese takeout. It’s easy, simple, and packed full of flavors! In my small town, we have two Chinese restaurants that are sometimes overly priced and not worth the hassle of going into town. Ultimately, it turned out pretty good, and the family loved it. It was packed full of orange flavor! (Maybe a bit too much orange, to be honest… but delicious all the same!)

The Salad Experiment
The Idea I needed a salad dressing idea, and I needed it quickly. It was just around noon, and I had just set up my station to start prepping the salad for the evening meal. At 5 pm, we would open our doors to feed the community, and I looked inquisitively at unemptied grocery bags full of veggies and salad that needed to be washed, peeled, and chopped. How would I pull all of this together and incorporate the theme of the evening's meal?
