Imagine... Free Fruit & Veg
Free, yes! For those that struggle to find food for the day, to someone like me and you, simply enjoying the wonderful tastes of nature.

Hey!
So, what I am going to write about in this article, is mainly a thought I have had. It has been inspired by people like 'Chakabars', 'TheRealTarzan' and 'RedShotBlackStar', whom I follow on Instagram. They all promote living a healthy lifestyle, with 'Chakabars' and RedShotBackStar' promoting and sharing their strong views on a diet composed of plant based foods only.
I have included links to their Instagram accounts below, if perhaps you would like to find out more about them and what they do.
Anyways, so moving on...
Just imagine, local parks filled with fruit trees, with enough fruit for everyone who strolls past and sees.
Fresh crispy, juicy, healthy and sweet apples, or saccharine, aromatic and succulent apricots. Both, which are free for you to indulge in. No matter where you’re from or how you’re living, just with the idea of what health it will bring in.
Blue and blackberry bushes, vibrant and majestic, lining areas designated for the thrive and preservation of nature. The nature which lay the foundations for our sophisticated lives, the homes for other animals and just the beauty they behold. Naturally.
As well as the need for phytoremediation, as today’s pollution is the cause of a lot of complications. I believe people are more connected to computers, fake lives they may live online in the social media’s public eye, and materials that will wither away once they die, compared to the nature that surrounds us which is infinite aye.
In my opinion...
I personally believe that it would be beneficial for future generations. Especially for children, as diets consumed from all over the world contain a lot of processed and very unhealthy food. The amount of oils, fats, sugars and processed foods we expose ourselves, and children more importantly, to, is quite daunting to me, as they contribute to a high percentage of peoples diets.
Also some companies use things like caffeine which is addictive, therefore, creates a craving for certain foods. The same way sugar is addictive.
My diet when I was younger comprised of many of these bad foods, fast food, sweets, cakes, sugary drinks and a lot of dairy, which all led to weight gain. One day I decided to change my eating habits, which I still have bad tendencies today, yet after a month of eating fruit for breakfast and quite often lunch at work, drinking water solely as my hydration intake, I saw a massive reduction in weight, this led me to be more confident, as well as feeling more energetic when exercising.
Another thing, is that I have been researching about the late Dr. Sebi, reputable on the internet for curing aids through dietary changes. I will add the link to the video I watched so you can make your own Inference.
So, with all that being said, imagine parks, streets or just any open area, which is close to human population, being filled with free fruit and veg resources so that everyone can eat. Homeless and poor people would be able to still eat healthy. Children may be inspired to eat healthier from younger ages. Communities may take interest in looking after their food sources and connecting to nature more.
I understand that, people will have to maintain these plants, people would have to respect the amount they take. For example greedy people may take when they do not need and waste the food, which could be overcome by fines like for leaving dog poo in public areas, as well as mischievous individuals or groups who may sabotage the food for their own entertainment.
However, I strongly think that once shown the importance and potential benefit of having this type of scheme, in local communities all over the globe, could become a well respected attribute of society.
I hope you found this interesting and inspiring. I would love feedback on thoughts on anything to do with this article so please do not hesitate.
Health is wealth, stay blessed!
