How to Make a Mixed Berry Fruit Smoothie Bowl

Directions:

- First, rinse the blender and pour in the strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, or the mixed berry fruits combined.

- Second, cut the banana into slices and put them in.

-Third, add the ice cubes in the blender.

- It is optional to pour in protein powder (for if you want protein on your smoothie). It is also optional to add apple slices and syrup/honey (for a sweeter flavor).

- Then, pour in the milk (almond/soy/whole)

-Start mixing in the blender.

-Lastly, pour it on a bowl.

Ingredients

1 cup of frozen/regular temperature strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, or mixed berry fruits combined

1 banana sliced into pieces

9 or more ice cubes

Some apple slices (optional)

1-3 teaspoons of maple syrup (optional for sweeter flavor)

A scoop of protein powder (optional)

½- 1 cup of almond milk, soy milk, or whole milk

You now have your delicious, nutritious, and healthy mixed berry smoothie bowl!! Enjoy, eat, drink with a straw. Do whatever. You made it!

½-1 cup of almond milk, soy milk, or whole milk

Directions:

-Rinse the blender and pour in blackberries, cut the banana into slices and put them in, add the ice cubes in the blender. It is optional to pour in protein powder (for if you want protein on your smoothie). It is also optional to add syrup/honey (for a sweeter flavor). Then pour in the milk (almond/soy/whole) Start mixing in the blender. Lastly, pour it on a bowl. Eat Up!

A raspberry smoothie bowl

Directions:

- ¼ cup of frozen/regular temperature raspberries

-½ banana sliced into pieces

-7 or more ice cubes

-2-3 teaspoons of maple syrup (optional for sweeter flavor)

- A scoop of protein powder (optional)

-½-1 cup of almond milk, soy milk, or whole milk

For the smoothie bowl toppings I see people put fruits, nuts, chia seeds, peanut butter, granola cereal, almond butter etc.
