So stop eating foods that have added sugar.

2.Alcohol.

A party or a get-together with your friends or colleagues brings a good time, isn't it? what makes it more fun to it is the Alcohol, but do you know? it leads to anxiety because it changes the levels of neurotransmitters and the levels of serotonin in the brain, which means you feel even more anxious once it's out of your brain. Drink safe, drinking in moderation is very important as drinking alcohol triggers anxiety symptoms as it has an impact on sleep and hydration.

3. Caffeine

What about a decent conversation over a cup of coffee or maybe tea?

As per the "National Coffee Association", around 62% of people have coffee-time in their day-to-day life. and surprisingly there are 3 cups per coffee drinker. Coffee contains a high level of caffeine and increases anxiety.
