Today we get to talk about a super food I usually eat huge pots of . Not only is it healthy , refreshing , and delicious. There is also lots of nutritional benefits in the vegetable making it great for your body , and you . The high content of vitamin b9 helps it be a preventive food . B9 is a vitamin that neutralizes the cholesterol in the body. Causing it to remove homocysteine making you live a longer life . I usually eat lots of the cabbage soup diet . So getting a prevalent ammount of delicious veggies and making you a happier person .

Eating a healthy diet not only helps with your bodily functions . It is important for a healthy mood . This wonderful food also helps with pms relief and keeping the brain sharp. A healthy brain is important to prevent Alzheimer’s and dementia . It’s also high in minerals to prevent lung issues. Making it not only a thing you should eat daily . But something we should include in our diets daily. It’s a amazingly versatile food that you can add in everything . Between soups and salads , you can make delicious vegetable pancakes . Cabbage tastes amazing in everything and can even be made into sauerkraut . Think of all the different ways you can make cabbage a addition to your daily table.

Purple cabbage with way more vitamin a than other types of cabbage . Purple vegetables are usually also higher in antioxidants than other vegetables as well . Why not add both to your daily vegetable intake and get all the different nutrients as in both . It is a very good choice to make adding cabbages of all kinds to your daily regimen. Purple cabbage also has a higher ammount of prebiotics to renew your stomach health . I use to add purple cabbage , sprouts , and mustard with some vegan cheese to a delicous sandwich sometimes adding advocado also. It’s always fun to add more fiber and health to your diet . Along with all the other benefits anti inflammatory benefits keeping your vessels from closing and causing a heart attack or stroke .

As we know a stroke is a heart attack of the brain . Without animal products we could not have strokes or heart attacks . As products without do not cause cholesterol build up . Vegan food is so healthy it can cure cancer in your blood . Another fun thing is slowing the growth of cancer cells which would slow the growth of tumors . There are vegan restaurants and options in most stores . They have options in most places in general now as the truth of animal products being carcinogenic is coming out.

That makes animal products not only unhealthy but mean and unkind to choose . There is vegan options in even the smallest of places to the big . Universal and Disney also have vegan options . Change your palette and use your heart and brain to choose correct food choices . And to make the world not only less polluted but also more kind because of your choices . All at the same time you are healing your body and making a better you . You deserve the best choices in life and putting a smile on your face will make others smile too. Making the best for your life , your tummy , and your family .

Not only are animals one of the most precious things . Most of them are too small to stand up for themselves. Stand up for the animals and choose love .
