When going vegan the one food I especially missed was brownies. Luckily we are in the 21st century and everything and anything can be veganized . I am someone with a huge sweet tooth and a love for chocolate , so this recipe was definitely a game changer for me. Everyone I have ever made this recipe for vegan or none vegan have always enjoyed this recipe and went in for seconds. I always get compliments on how sweet , delicious and tasty my brownies are . I even used this recipe to reconcile my relationship with my twin sister after we got into a huge argument . She’s not vegan but she is still obsessed with these brownies . I have also made this recipe and brought it to meetings sharing it with friends and their children who have also loved this recipe as well. I would say this recipe is a great recipe to bring to birthday parties , holiday parties , family gatherings over to a friend's house for a gathering , or whatever occasion you name it these brownies work. Why these brownies are a crowd pleaser is because it is rich in flavour , easy to eat. You don’t really need any utensils. You can eat it with your hands and place it on a napkin which is why I enjoy baking these brownies because of how low maintenance this recipe is. They can serve up to 24 servings depending on how big you cut the pisces and most of the ingredients are usually stables we already have at home. This recipe is very cost efficient and in-expensive . You can also bake several quantities of recipe once you have the basic ingredients at home and the taste holds well over time. You can leave your extras in the fridge , bring it out whenever you crave it and it and it will still taste amazing. I discovered de de this recipe on a Saturday night , I was craving brownies and hadn’t eaten chocolate in a while. I looked up a couple of vegan brownie recipes on YouTube and this recipe came across. There's only one ingredient I have added to make this recipe more of my own as well as baking it with pure intentions and love but besides that the recipe remains the same. With that being said I am going to go ahead and share this recipe with you all.
To bake these brownies you are going to need to preheat the oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit. In a large bowl , add 2 cups of flour (don’t forget to Sift it). Add 3/4 cups of cocoa powder ( also sift) , 2 cups of sugar , 1 tsp baking powder , 1 tsp salt and stir. Following afterwards you are going to add one cup of vegetable oil , and one cup cup of non-dairy milk. You can add whatever non dairy milk you like. However my favourite non dairy milk is oat milk but feel free to add your preferred non dairy milk . Add in 1 tsp of vanilla extract and an optional ingredient that I’ve added to this recipe to make more of my own is flax seeds. I like to ground up some flax seeds at home and add in two tablespoons of flax seeds to a small bowl with a little splash of water. Whisk it up and then add it to the rest of the batter. The last ingredient is to fold in one cup of chocolate chips , Add the batter to a pan . Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes depending on the oven you have . Let the brownies cool and Bon appetit recipe will blow your mind as well as your non vegan friends and family. I really do hope that you try this recipe out and enjoy it as much as I have. Thank you for allowing me to share a recipe with you all.
