BUCKET LIST- 2025- DESTINATION- NEW YORK-FIGARO CAFE-

Ok this maybe a little bit of weird post but i've been thinking 2025 will be my bucket list year.

If you are from New York you are probably familiar with this restaurant in NYC, let me tell you though as an English person sort of alien to america the reviews and the compliments this restaurant has received makes me want to go even more now, not only that i have said multiple times, i would go and check the place out because it looks so good and am coming to New York real soon, hey am not lying.

I have followed the Executive Chef (MILAN LIPSTEIN) for a while now on instagram and to say he take super pride in everything he does work wise is an understatement, he works so hard on creating dishes that look so unbelievably delicious i find myself deep diving into there official Figaro instagram account because i am in awe of the preparation and love that has gone and goes into the food through the hard work of him and his team of chef's.

i also watch the review videos people have collaboratively tagged Figaro in to see what they love about it and every single one is always so positive and everyone seems to be so happy to be there, just shows all the hard work and preparation hasn't gone to waist with all the positive feedback.

i know its hard to tell through videos and having not been there yet but, if the service and the happiness i see in videos, is as half as sweet and lovely as Milan is himself then well it's a win really.

Milan may come from a family where his two brothers are famous one in the Acting field and is a well known Actor (Skylar Astin) and one is a big, New York based Men's fashion designer (Jace Lipstein AKA Grungy Gentleman).

but Milan in his own right deserves recognition for just being him as person and a human being he is such a sweet guy, and an amazing chef and i can not wait to taste the food (obviously i've just seen videos but i wish it had smellyvision on instagram all dishes look insane) .

if hes anything like his brothers i am sure hes a lovely guy i've only had a few interactions with him and each one was lovely.

ofcourse it was over instagram but i'm sure he is the same in person.

ok who am i kidding the who family is lovely, from the picture i drew all them years ago (four to be exact) of Skylar using musical notes, to interviewing Jace for Vocal in the same year, i just had to let Milan have some recognition time because he is just as equally talented and sweet as them two.

he will get a bigger review when i go there so just a small recognition for now because i personally think he deserves it.

(i feel like a creepy fan girl) i swear am not weird i just yano admire hard working people and i have just noticed you work really hard.

tune in, in 2025 for the review of the restaurant, and the food.....oh and the ridiculously funky bathroom i've never seen a bathroom like that, not gonna lie.

lets make the beginning of my 33rd birthday special when i get there next year!!

Drink- Aperol Spritz
