THE DOOR
SPOOKY MICRO FICTION STORY

There was only one rule “don’t open the door.” i was in the cell the walls were padded, like big white plastic bubbles, there was a black door i was sitting on the bench on the opposite side of the room “little girl your all mine, little girl you’ll be fine” a voice that sounded like mine came from the other side of the door i tried tried to move but i was frozen with fear the voice behind the door why did it sound like me why was they singing the lullaby my mum used to sing to me when i was a child.
I was also told when i entered from the back door, there was one rule when i entered “don’t open the door” the doctor said as i entered the room, the door felt like it was miles away, the white room and black door makes it seem as though i was in another dimension, like i had been beamed into hell except this wasn't the hell that i had imagined there are no devils the floor wasn't lava and there was no demonic symbols. Just me and black door.
It was so quiet you could hear a pin drop, then all of a sudden the door began to creep closer and closer. I reached my hand out to stop it, it stopped just short of where I placed my hand, “come on let me out you know you want to, come on open it see the real you see what's inside” the voice once again sounding like me said.
The doctor wont know, one little peek won’t hurt” the voice said then i heard a demonic laugh coming from the door tricking me and forcing my hand to the handle, i did it i couldn't help it i opened the door there stood another version of me but with a paler complexion and then she disappeared the lights flickered and then she was behind me, i screamed.
I jolted up in my bed, it was all a dream, it was the weirdest nightmare.
