In my mid-twenties, I was a sorry cook.

At potlucks, I'd bring the one dish I knew how to make. Taco Dip. I loaded it with harsh cream, taco meat, and a pound of cheddar. Also, I generally returned home with an unfilled dish.

In those days, I hadn't understood the effect of food decisions. I ate what I appreciated without really thinking about too much past that. However, I, at last, began finding out with regards to nourishment and the job it plays inside our brain and body.

Directions

Accumulate all fixings.

Get ready guacamole if making handcrafted.

Plan pico de gallo if making natively constructed.
