Better Pizza Crust:

This pizza crust is both filling and delightful! You can try dressing with some salt and garlic powder as well as some fresh olive oil.

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 Tbs oil

6 Tbs water

Pinch Salt

1 1/2 Tsp baking powder

1 1/2 cups flour

DIRECTIONS:

Mix dry ingredients together

Pre heat oven to 350F

Mix Dry Ingredients

Mix water and oil together in mixing bowl.

Mix dry and wet ingredients together until it forms a dry dough.

put oil in center of pan and then place dough on top.

Spread dough evenly over oil by hand to stretch out to all corners of pan.

Add desired sauce and toppings.

Bake for 15 minutes and let cool.

Cut and enjoy!

Better Bread:

This bread goes great with jams, jellies, butters, and great with soups or as toast and great for sandwiches.

INGREDIENTS:

4 cups flour

4 Tbs oil

4 Tsp baking powder

1/2 Tsp salt

2 Tbs sugar

1 cup water

2 eggs

DIRECTIONS:

Pre heat oven to 350F

Mix Baking Powder with Flour.

Mix Oil, Salt, Sugar, Water, Eggs together.

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly, mixing only with spoon and not by hand.

Place dough mixture into bread pan and smooth the surface flat. If it sticks, get fingers wet with water and pat gently until it unsticks.

Place in oven for 25-30 minutes or until risen and golden brown.

Let cool and do not cut the loaf until it has cooled because it still cooks on the inside up to this point.

Cut and enjoy!

[PRO-TIPS]

1) Wet fingers when scooped into bread pan, and pat down 2-3 times to unstick.

2) If the loaf is shorter in stature then try cutting the bread slices sideways instead of vertically.

Better Rolls: Sweet or Savory:

Sweet rolls requires sugar and vanilla. If you want regular rolls then leave those ingredients out of the recipe.

These sweet rolls are great with stir fry and similar dishes. The Savory version parts well with soups.

INGREDIENTS:

3 Tbs oil

3/4 cup water

9 spoons sugar

pinch of salt

3 Tsp baking powder

3 Cup flour

A bit of vanilla extract.

DIRECTIONS:

Pre heat oven to 350F

Add all ingredients except for flour and mix well.

Add flour gradually until dough forms.

Knead well and enough to form elastic like qualities.

Form into a block and cut into a dozen or so cubes.

Further shape each roll if you would like.

Bake in the oven for 25 minutes until golden brown.

Let cool and enjoy!

[PRO TIPS]

1) Top with butter before going in the oven

2) sprinkle flour on pan and over top of biscuits before putting in the oven.

Better Crackers:

A great cracker recipe for many uses.

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup flour

1/4 cup water

1 Tbs oil

DIRECTIONS:

Pre heat oven 350F

Mix all ingredients well and form a dough.

Knead dough gently until it is stretchy but firm.

Roll out flat into a thin sheet and then cut into square pieces.

lightly sprinkle with flour and then remove the pieces and place them on a baking sheet.

Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

Let cool and enjoy!

Better Tortillas:

These tortillas are amazing especially if cooked on cast iron, as it provides even temperatures while cooking.

INGREDIENTS:

2 Cups Flour

3/4 Cups Water

Pinch of Salt

3 Tbs Oil (Olive preferred)

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat pan (if using cast Iron)

In a large mixing bowl, mix salt with flour.

Mix oil with water, then mix this with the other ingredients.

Stir well until a dough can be formed.

Knead the dough just enough to have a uniform texture.

place a small puddle of oil in center of pan and tear of small pieces of dough and press into oil and smear on pan slightly.

With both hands spread out dough into tortilla shapes. If holes form, just restock them together it is no concern.

Add uncooked tortillas to pan and cook until golden brown on each side, flipping when ready.

Remove from pan, let plate cool and enjoy!

[PRO TIPS]

1) You do not need to oil the pan as the oil in the recipe should be plenty to prevent sticking
