Hung Curd Sandwiches

Hung Curd is high in nutritional value as it contains calcium, probiotics, and antioxidants. This makes hung curd a healthy choice over the unhealthy and fat loaded mayonnaise. So, ditch mayonnaise and switch to much healthier hung curd sandwiches. So, here is presenting a simple and highly nutritious recipe.

Ingredients

One cup hung curd

Brown bread(two slices)

Cabbage (one bowl)

Chopped carrots (one bowl)

Chopped onions (one bowl)

Chopped bell peppers (half bowl)

Chopped Capsicum (half bowl)

Salt (as per taste)

Pepper

Chilli flakes

Oregano

Schezwan chutney (one spoon)

Recipe

  1. In a large bowl, add chopped veggies and all the spices. Mix them well.
  2. Now add the hung card to this bowl and combine to form a thick batter.
  3. On a brown bread slice, apply schezwan chutney and then apply hung curd batter.
  4. Place the other bread slice over it and place it in the sandwich maker. Set it to the grill.

Egg Sandwiches

  • In a bowl mix paneer with chopped veggies. Add spices and mix well to make a batter.
  • Now on a bread slice apply this paneer batter and top it up with onion rings.
  • Cover it with the other slice.
