KIND
Kind I am considered a kind person and heart of gold. Its more then just holding the door for somebody. One day, we were taking care of my father in law. He had a medical procedure done and needed sombody over night. So it was a warm sunny day. My husband, my father in law and I were in the porch talking. Then suddenly the phone rang . I got up and checked the caller ID. Nothing anybody recognized. Something made me answer the call. The women on the other end was stressed. She was looking for a specific number and was getting the run around. So I asked her where she was trying to reach, to see if I could help by searching my phone for something. She was looking for a nursing home she was going into. i named a few in clifton park area to see if I could fine the one she was looking for. She was speaking a little suicidal. I was calming her down cause she was crying ,I had my husband help look it up on his phone. We found what she wanted or needed. An hour later, she called to thank me and my husband for helping her. I feel like I saved her life. That's just 1 time. A family member of mine was dealing with cancer. So everytime she had cemo I had dinner delivered all paid for. I like giving people meal. Everyone needs to eat. I helped friends with food and meal on numerous occasions.

The Silent Reunion
It was a chilly autumn afternoon when Sarah watched her little girl, Emma, run through the garden chasing butterflies. Emma’s laughter filled the air, light and carefree, a melody that warmed Sarah’s heart. At only three years old, Emma was the light of Sarah's world. But life has a cruel way of turning moments of joy into a lifetime of sorrow.

Are You Doing It Right?
If you’ve been scrolling through your feed lately, you’ve probably noticed all the posts about National Daughters Day. Sure, it’s cute to share a sweet photo and sprinkle in some “Happy National Daughters Day” quotes or sentimental daughter quotes, but is there more to this day than just a social media moment? Absolutely.

Celebrating the Bonds of Love: National Daughter’s Day
Every year, the love and appreciation for daughters is celebrated on National Daughter’s Day, a special occasion observed on September 25th. It’s a day dedicated to recognizing the significance of daughters in families and society, appreciating their unique qualities, and celebrating the bond between parents and their daughters. While the love for children is boundless every day of the year, National Daughter’s Day offers a meaningful opportunity to pause, reflect, and celebrate the joys and challenges that come with raising daughters.

A Fall Memory Is Born
There are some things I'd loved to have had a picture of, if for no other reason than for others to remember those moments. It's not always possible. Some of us have to rely on memories. Every once in a while, we are a part of an event or day that sticks out. We, hopefully, will be remembered for those moments.

The Keeper of the Calm
In each family there seems to be that one person who holds the group together; the glue, the cornerstone, the core, the go-to person when life gets tough. They are the one that calms the storms of life, the ones that bring good common sense and humor when needed. They are the ones that you feel the "safest" with, somehow. The ones we look up to and trust.

From Chaos to Calm
Cleaning a home—really cleaning it—gives you a sense of control that’s hard to come by in the chaos of daily life. When you’ve lived in a “handyman’s dream,” like I have, you know that control can feel elusive. Renovation projects, DIY fixes, and even the odd plumbing mystery (still not over the ancient coins we found in the pipes) teach you to live with a bit of disorder. And in some ways, you get used to it. But there’s nothing like the satisfaction of walking into a space that’s clean, organized, and truly yours.
