Kind
I am considered a kind person and heart of gold. Its more then just holding the door for somebody. One day, we were taking care of my father in law. He had a medical procedure done and needed sombody over night. So it was a warm sunny day. My husband, my father in law and I were in the porch talking. Then suddenly the phone rang . I got up and checked the caller ID. Nothing anybody recognized. Something made me answer the call. The women on the other end was stressed. She was looking for a specific number and was getting the run around. So I asked her where she was trying to reach, to see if I could help by searching my phone for something. She was looking for a nursing home she was going into. i named a few in clifton park area to see if I could fine the one she was looking for. She was speaking a little suicidal. I was calming her down cause she was crying ,I had my husband help look it up on his phone. We found what she wanted or needed. An hour later, she called to thank me and my husband for helping her. I feel like I saved her life. That's just 1 time. A family member of mine was dealing with cancer. So everytime she had cemo I had dinner delivered all paid for. I like giving people meal. Everyone needs to eat. I helped friends with food and meal on numerous occasions.
Then another day my kindness shines, is for my neighbor. One day and asked me if I can take care of his cat while was away for 18 days. I said of course. This neighbor knows everyone on the street , and he asked which was a honor, also kindness to help a neighbor. There are. some good people in the world. You see it or you do it yourself. You see people having a hard time or disrespected. Do you step up or be a by stander. I normally watch with phone in hand I need to make a call. Even Ifsee a fight I do the same thing. If I can help I don't think twice. I would feel terrible that I did stop a bad thing from happening, know I could. People should fell free and safe to go out to eat, go shopping or just a walk without be judged. I remember I was in line and the women in front didn't have enough money for diapers abd baby food for child. I asked the cashier how much does she owe. After the cashier told me the price I paid it. I Also gave the women extra money for herself. She thanked me but it didn't stop there. I walked with her to her car. As she was putting her child in care I put in groceries in her car. The woman thanked me again, and gave me a hug. I was always told to treat others the way you want to be treated. Pay it forward. It is a small price to pay to be kind but has lasting and big impact. Even words can help.Have a great day, or thank You or are you ok cand I help you if see sombody crying. or Approaching asituation is always good to watch so know the facts. That way you don't get hurt.
One hard thing is when people try stop or keep you from helping
people. Like my mom always telling me get off the phone or husband would say no stay out of it. I can't help it . God gave me a gift. I intend to share it with world. Kindness is everywhere. We have it inside. There is Angel inside all. Let shine and you both will be smiling.
