Two-child and one-child families, how much difference
In the past two years, with the opening of the two-child policy and the three-child policy, many families are considering whether to have a second child. For young parents after 90, the age is not too old, they think they can still struggle for a few years before considering this issue. The post-80s parents, most of them choose not to consider it. Because life is stressful, work is busy, and their health is getting worse, they don't have the energy to raise a second child.

My Real Adoption Story
My name is Corey. I was born in Henry Ford Hospital in 1983 and was taken away at birth to be passed around about four or five Detroit foster homes. According to my adoptive parents, I had seizures, was malnourished and barely had the strength to lift my arms. I was then fostered by my current adoptive family along with other black and white children. Though they hired black workers but had no black friends, my adoptive family began the process of adopting me into their Irish Catholic home. My adoptive parents have three natural children and two adopted white children who are so in the fog that they can’t see sunlight. I am the youngest addition to the family.

Grandparents and Grandchildren Conspire
I am still investigating this story. Who is uprooting the authority of the parents in their own household? Who would be so brazen and bold to uproot the natural order of the parental units? Many mothers and fathers have sought asylums in neighboring countries like Mexico and France. Under the pretense of second honeymoons and anniversaries, parents have tried to escape to all-inclusive resorts. Without children without grandparents. Parents seem eager to get away and leave everything. After one week, the parents' request for parental asylum was rejected by the host nation and begrudgingly parents returned to their native country with long faces and regrets. Details are incomplete. My sources have become tight-lip and have recanted their statements. I am still trying to figure out who is the mastermind behind the coup to unseat the parents.

The Infamous Nap
The grown up woman sat at her birth mother's dining room table with her birth mother and her mother's neighbor. She had not come here to see her mother. She came to see her little brother and her step father. Seeing her mother was the price she paid to see them. They were out in the back yard playing with her two small children and her husband was loading up the van so they could head for home.

October 17, 2002; I had no idea that the birth of one life could drastically suck the soul out of another. Six-year-old me was overly excited for you to come. I had spent months watching our family prep for your arrival. We had a baby shower, tons of family members over all the time, and lots of shopping... all for you. Now that I think about it, I felt like I was beginning to lose them before you had even arrived. Your mom stopped playing with me. She was sick all of the time. Your dad's focus was all on your mom. Grandma's attention went towards helping your mom and since grandpa didn't have a mind of his own, his focus was wherever grandma's was.
