How To Decrease Amniotic Fluid During Pregnancy Naturally
If you are looking to increase amniotic fluid, it is best to talk to your doctor first. We will show you 10 ways to help, including one. About 8% of pregnant women may have a small amount of amniotic fluid over time during pregnancy, but it is more common during the last trimester. Oral or intravenous fluids have been shown to help increase amniotic fluid levels. Pregnant women with very little fluid around their children can increase it, simple maternal hydration increases the amount of oligohydramnios amniotic fluid during labor or before the external cephalic version.

Society's View On Moms
Today's society is extremely harsh on mothers. Every single thing she does is judged and frowned upon. She tries to do what she feels is right for her children and everyone around her is whispering and voicing their opinion about her parenting choices.

Having a Birth Plan Ruined My Birth Experience
*TW: description of difficult birth I have always been a planner. If there was a checklist to be made, I made it. If there was a schedule to create or an itinerary to prepare, I did it. I was, and still really am, the typical Type A Planner. So, when I got pregnant and heard about this thing called a Birth Plan, I knew it was my time to shine. I talked to everyone I knew who had given birth. I read piles of books on pregnancy and the birthing process. I knew my options and I knew what I wanted. And I definitely knew what I didn’t want. I wrote out my Birth Plan (on the Birth Plan form provided by my doctor) and gave a copy to the hospital, my Ob-Gyn, and my midwife team. I knew exactly how my birth experience was going to play out (If you’ve given birth, please don’t laugh too hard at me here). And this Plan was exactly what ruined the very birth experience I had, well, planned.

It Is All About You!!!
Can we first admit that pregnancy is one of the most vulnerable times a woman will experience in her life? If you are anything like me you like control and pregnancy literally takes over everything (even your bodily functions). Rendering your mind, body, and soul to the epic adventure that is pregnancy is hard but amazing at the same time. Unfortunately, despite the intensive work it takes to literally grow an entire human being from scratch, there are several women who feel their pregnancy and birth we're not theirs.

An Embarrassing Dilemma
I don't forget 31st July 1999 easily. Me and my husband were due to go to the hospital for a check-up on our baby. I was 2 days late already, and getting really fed up with it. I'd tried everything to get it going, moving around, getting on all fours, and we even walked the entire length of Temple Newsam, but no! this baby was staying where it is, it didn't want to be born, it was quite comfortable inside me. The baby was still moving around alot, despite the size of her, and despite the strong kicks, she still refused to come out! I was carrying a girl who kicked strong and almost knocked me over, but even that wasn't enough to get my labour going. I was on the toilet every 5 minutes because every time the baby kicked, she seemed to take pleasure kicking my bladder. It was getting totally embarrassing, because people thought I was incontinent and I had to explain I was pregnant. We went for 5 different walks that day, and we even tried sex, but no, this baby wasn't coming.

Zen AF
We got to the birthing center in Kailua on Sunday night on the cusp of 41 weeks... though originally I had intended on going all natural it seemed that a little nudge would be helpful. That nudge slowly turned into a full round-house kick into motherhood.

Not all pregnant women experience morning sickness and dizziness
Statistics indicate that 70% of pregnant women endure morning sickness which can actually happen at any time of the day. The entertainment business has given a false impression to viewing audiences that 100% of females who are expecting a baby are throwing up and fainting when it is not true. I can recall the first time I was expecting a child and my grandmother told me I was going to be very sick. She shared how she had been walking through the produce market area and threw up when she smelled fish coming from a nearby business.

The Gift Of Life
Eighteen years ago I had a baby he was little four pound premature little bundle of joy. I thank every my mom and I thank God for him every day for my son . See, I think that he was a gift and I am glad that even though he was born prematurely he ended up being a really healthy baby. Now he is eighteen and I do not think that I would ever really truly know what love was if he had not of come into my life when he did In many ways my son saved my life. I honestly believe that my mother whenever she passed away she became an angel and she became my guardian angel and I believe that she gave me my son as a way of saving my life .

Motherhood in Times of Covid
Experts on how to ensure a safe and healthy pregnancy during the pandemic In July this year, Mumbai’s BYL Nair Hospital achieved a feat — the team delivered the babies of 500 COVID-19 positive mothers. That was also the time when the country was in the fourth month of the nationwide lockdown while struggling to deal with the first wave of the Coronavirus pandemic. Nair hospital was one of the places which gave hope to expectant mothers in these unprecedented times. While the world and India are still grappling with the virus that has turned lives upside down, women who are all set to bring another life into this world face an uphill task — to nurture a healthy baby in their womb and simultaneously take care of themselves physically and psychologically.
