grief
Losing a family member is one of the most traumatic life events; Families must support one another to endure the five stages of grief and get through it together.
My Aunt Zuhur
My aunt Zuhur or Hajja Zuhur is a woman in her sixties, tall, slim in body, white in complexion, a bright light radiates from her face, a mellow green tattoo in the middle of her forehead. The palm of her hand is the best evidence of the nature of her work and her constant activity.

Bell Tower Funeral Home, funeral parlour
household and buddies. Funeral providers offer help to bereaved people by supporting them in pulling themselves through the early levels of arranging a funeral. The Freedom of the Sea
“When I die, I want you to sail out on a boat and spread my ashes in the sea,” my father told me when I was young. We were sitting together on a sailboat, tacking and jibing back and forth around the lake. It was one of my favorite memories, and I enjoyed it so immensely then that I didn’t even want to think of packing up and heading back to shore, let alone my father one day dying.

My Freedom from Toxic Relationships
In researching for this article, I looked up the word “Freedom” on the Wikipedia website expecting to find some grandiose definition of the word. Instead, I found the following: “Freedom is understood as either having the ability to act or change without constraint or to possess the power and resources to fulfill one’s purpose.” The article then goes on to use a Norman Rockwell image titled “Four Freedoms” depicting the four core freedoms the United States fought for in WWII: Freedom of Speech; Freedom of Worship; Freedom from Want; and Freedom from Fear.
