Chiraq XIV
Chapter 14 "Wake up, Tyrone! It's time for breakfast!", Helena shouted as she nudged her head through the crack of the door while holding her Barbie doll. She stared at her brother for a moment, then slowly back out and walked down the stairs. Big Shorty roused himself out of bed, still feeling the sensation of the throbbing pain from his fresh tattoo. "I'm still high and sure is hungry", cut into his thoughts as he sat on his bed and stretched his arms and legs.

4 Types Of Educational Games For Kids
Many parents and teachers underestimate the power of games in education. Learning and playing are often seen as two conflicting activities that each have their place but cannot be combined. However, there are many games that can teach kids valuable skills. Not only that, but because kids enjoy themselves when they are playing games, they are more likely to engage and retain what they've learned after the fun is over. Educational games also give kids the opportunity to practice the skills they are learning in a low-stakes environment.

2020, The Year Known as the abolishment of Two-Income Households
My family and I reside in Westchester County, New York. One of the most expensive counties in the United States has never been easy for any middle-class family such as mine. Most households rely on both parents working full time so they can provide for their families. In recent years, more than half of American households with two parents are working full time have doubled from 1960-2000. Most families have found that there must be a balance of household chores between both parents due to both being employed full time. You won’t find many households that a wife had hot coffee and breakfast along with the mornings’ newspaper waiting for you at the kitchen table before you left for work. Then her day would consist of tending to the children and household chores. By the time her husband came home after a hard day’s work and welcomed home with a delicious home-cooked meal.

In the beginning there was Me
I have wanted to write again for a long time but life kept getting in my way. Kept giving me new things to write about. I must say I have had a full life. Even though most of it has been hard to deal with. I handled it as well as one could.

Clouds Over Paradise
My real daddy's name is Jerry. He's been in jail since before I was born. Mama's got a picture of him. His hair's long and brown and blonde like mine, kind of pulled behind his ears, and he's got a little mustache drooping over his lip. His eyes are kind of sleepy and baggy looking. I don't know why he's in jail. Mama says he just went bad one day.

Kids and wrecks go inseparably. Typically, however, mothers and fathers make a solid effort to dodge the spills, stains and general chaos that appear to chase after children. However not all wrecks are made equivalent. Without a doubt, unwashed hands during supper and heaps of toys that never get tidied up are no-no’s, however different sorts of earth and confusion can really be valuable for your youngster. My Spina Bifida Story
P A R T 1 Hello I'm Hannah Arabella's mum 👋 I have set Arabella this account up to share her spina bifida story and help others to understand Arabella's pretty hidden disability considering the severity. I was 19 when I fell pregnant with Arabella in the February, I was over the moon and I was around 8 weeks. Arabella being my first I suffered really bad with morning sickness, and i was bed bound for what felt like a week but was around 3 days. I was extremely nervous as I had suffered a miscarriage previously , but was so excited for my 12 weeks scan that was just round the corner. I spent those few weeks building up to it just relaxing and taking it easy (which can I say looking back now 3 children on was lovely 😂).I finally reached my 12 week scan and everything was perfect, I cried with joy seeing my little jelly bean on the screen in front of me and left with a huge smile on my face. After this I couldn't keep my excitement in, i spent the build up to my 20 weeks scan shopping and relaxing as much as I could (belly growing this wasn't easy). During this time I had all the general check ups, midwife appointments etc, in which babies heart beat was good and strong every single time. On the day of my 20 week scan I woke up with the biggest smile on my face and was struggling to keep my excitement in until the afternoon when my scan was. I remember getting to the hospital and just thinking this is it I'm going to find out whether your a boy or a girl and I couldn't wait. I entered the room where I got myself ready to lay down and have my scan whilst giving my details to the ladies. Excited as I could be she went on to scan. I was beaming "I can see my not so little bean on the screen again" and was so big , I was so focused on seeing my baby I hadn't noticed that the lady scanning me hadn't really said an awful lot, and was focusing around the head.. I asked if everything was ok? To then be answered with I'm just going to get a second opinion. By this point I was 20 and confused my heart dropped and I had no idea what was going on. The lady returned with a plus 1 and went on to explain it was a girl, but there was complications.

The Birth Of Our First Child
It was July 12, 2011, and I was nine months pregnant. I had another two weeks until I was due with my first child. I felt like I wasn't prepared even though I watched and read all the books of what to expect during labor. It was my first child and I was so nervous. Do you blame me for being nervous? Everyone always talks about how labor is so painful. That is what I was nervous about. I wasn't nervous about having a child, I was excited to meet this bundle of joy that I have waited my whole life for. We knew that it was a girl and we had our apartment ready for her to come home. I just wasn't expecting her to come two weeks early.
