A lazy float down the James River became a riverside revelry, complete with stories of river monsters and splash wars that left us soaked and in stitches. Culinary escapades took me from savory biscuits and gravy to the decadence of Smithfield ham, all washed down with the ubiquitous flow of sweet tea – a true Southern elixir.

Under the moonlit sky of Colonial Williamsburg, ghost tours turned into comedy shows as guides regaled us with tales of quirky spirits and mischievous apparitions. Even the afterlife in Virginia seems to have a sense of humor!
