What is OSI Model & 7 Layers of the OSI Model Explained
What is OSI Model & It’s Definition? The Definition of OSI(Open Systems Interconnection Model) is just a layered and conceptual model that allows communication between all forms of the computer system. It has 7 layers of the OSI network model. The OSI model was introduced by ISO(International Organization for Standardization) in 1984. Primary computer and telecom companies used this model to break down device-to-device communication into layers. These seven layers become a visible map to know what’s going on in a networking system. These layers have plenty of protocols that can be implemented by computers to get in touch with the network. As well, the 7 layers of the OSI model were developed to offer standardized networking protocols to avoid the usage of devices that lack user-and application-friendliness. The present-day Internet isn’t predicated on OSI but the simpler TCP/IP model. However, the OSI 7-layer model continues to be trusted, since it helps visualize and communicate how networks operate and helps isolate and troubleshoot networking problems.

Flawed Education
Today’s education system in the United States is flawed. Priorities are not properly set. This results in necessary skills not being taught, and other non essential skills being taught in their place. Sure, all tests and subjects could argue they are important, but we need to prioritize which are essential and which are optional electives.

Editing Your Language Quirks. Top Story - July 2021.
Recently struggling to polish my prose, an outline emerged from the word salad, a problem. I was repeatedly creating sentences which sounded good to me but were lousy English. These bastards finished with all the action, the accent, the “oomph” at their tail ends. My heritage language had stepped on my English; I had been writing with a German word order. Once I understood why I wrote this way, I stopped doing it.

THE PEN PALS
I finally settled down in the Shaw Hall of MSU, got my registration done and met with Professor Cross. He was quite unhappy with me for not letting him know when I was going to land at Lansing Airport. He was supposed to have picked me up there and helped me with my stay arrangements. He thought I was crazy to have traveled from New York by bus, although I could have flown.
