Different Types of Astrology

There are many different types of astrology; however, they generally fall into two primary categories:

Western Astrology and Eastern Astrology.

Western Astrology is based on ancient Greek and Babylonian traditions. It is based on the concept that the constellations of the planets (and the sun) affect human destiny.

Eastern Astrology is also based on the constellations of the planets and constellations that are believed to affect human destiny. However, Eastern Astrology is based on the concepts of the Hindu, Buddhist, and Jain religions.
