Why study? Because it's instinctive, to not get left behind, to be able to live better!

I think almost everyone has asked themselves the question: Why do I want to study? But usually, the time to ask the question is in the middle of studying. Most people don't have a good time with a mediocre academic career. Whenever people are troubled by assignments and grades, they may ask themselves some questions. However, it is difficult to get a satisfactory answer to this question, whether you ask it yourself or someone else. Of course, it is also possible that the answer is not convincing enough. But the bigger reason is that the aversive person cannot tolerate the 'agitation' of various answers.
People learn from the moment they are born. The earliest form of learning would be an imitation. By doing the same actions as others, the more you imitate, the more you learn. Whether someone teaches it consciously or unconsciously, the more the child sees it, the more likely it is that the child will do the action he or she has "learned" at the appropriate moment. This is why it is so important to lead by example. What adults say and do, even if they are not teaching the child, can be perfectly imitated by the child and eventually become part of the child's personality for the rest of his or her life.
When children are a little older, their parents send them to kindergarten. Kindergarten becomes the child's first step out of the house. In kindergarten, there is guidance from teachers and the company of other children of the same age. Learning takes place in a happy atmosphere and environment. This stage of learning is quite casual. More importantly, through kindergarten, children can learn about the outside world and different people, which will pave the way for school later on. However, I have read some news and it seems that people nowadays want their children to have the upper hand in kindergarten, so there are some cases where kindergarten requires good learning and handing in homework).
We have nine years of compulsory education and children of school age can study under state policy (except in remote mountainous areas, where there is often a lack of even schools and teachers and children who want to study but are not given the appropriate teaching conditions). It doesn't matter whether it is now free or previously self-funded. It is the consensus of most parents to send their children to school. Because people often realize the importance of schooling only when they are older, they want their children to be well educated. If it wasn't for difficult family conditions or some other reasons, parents would do whatever they could to keep their children in school. That is until the child is unable to continue his or her education.
If you were to ask when people get stressed out about school, it starts in primary school. This is because a system called examinations is introduced into the learning sphere. The purpose of exams is to find out what is missing, to make up for what is missing, and to make students realize what they are lacking in their studies. However, it seems that many people are more concerned with scores and rankings based on exams as a way to characterize students. Students are bored with school because they can't do well in exams (there are other factors, of course, which I won't go into here).
This is sad. School is supposed to be for us to learn knowledge, but also to learn the reason, to behave as human beings, and to know right from wrong. But such an examination system invariably distorts the purpose for most people.
It is as if learning and examinations are inextricably linked throughout our student days, and the pain caused by studying is with us all the time. It doesn't matter if you are a student or a social worker. Studying and exams always seem to happen at the same time. So the negative effects of studying and exams are always present from time to time.
But is that the case? In fact, why did I just say that people tend to realize the importance of studying when they grow up? It's because when I got out of the school learning system, I was free from the pressure that comes with exams and rankings. People are freer to choose what they like to study, and this study is not for exams.
Coupled with growing up and having accumulated a certain amount of knowledge, people's mindset has changed. At this time, people find that studying is not so boring. Although this stage is sometimes accompanied by examinations, it is at this time that examinations are the aim. This examination can give you honors, qualifications, or symbols.
Studying is a human instinct. Studying means more than just learning at school. Learning is a lifelong thing, which is why the old saying goes, "Live and learn." In life, we are constantly learning. Whether intentional or not, you can't deny it. Even if you are addicted to gaming every day, you will learn gaming skills to have a better gaming experience.
To fit in better, to live. Instinct drives you to learn more. Only when you know and master what you do will you have the opportunity to advance. When you know more than others, you have more opportunities than others. Likewise, the only way to stay out of society is to keep improving yourself.
You may have seen the latest internet phrases online and are comfortable using them when chatting with others; you may have seen a gourmet cooking video and cooked a dish for your family that you have never tried before; you may have asked your children how to use mobile communication software so that you can video call them when they are not around. Maybe you learned how to pick fruit while talking to someone and get sweet and tasty fruit every time. These are some of the unseen learnings that make our lives more joyful and convenient.
We know that learning can bring us benefits and positive effects. It is only because everyone needs to go through such a period where studying, exams and rankings come together to bring pressure that the event of studying seems to be annoying. Otherwise, everyone should have a good opinion of studying or at least not have rebellious thoughts.
Through study, we can improve our skills, personality, mind, and will, enrich and strengthen our minds and make ourselves perfect. Through learning, we can solve problems faster, easier, and more simply. Through learning, we can have unexpected fun.
There may be many learning benefits, but I am not trying to convince everyone to do it. Learning is only beneficial and fun if you want to and are willing to do it. Otherwise, it is futile for others to talk about it anymore. So may you all find what you love and want in learning!
