THE DREADFUL REVENGE
There was Extreme radiation across the whole town of
Blantyre. The sun seemed to descend from space onto the
town, Every human could no longer bear the scorching heat.
Everyone Was sweating heavily and sweat flowed from their
Foreheads Down to the soil like a waterfall .Dehydration
made Many of them to faint. some rushed to their houses
For shade but they were disappointed that there was no
temperature difference between the inside and the outside.
The radiation persisted ,Unbearable it became. People
Turned on the air conditioners to cool down Their extremely
hot bodies, but the machines only forced hot air Into the
houses, making them radiate even greater heat. Others run
to the taps only to find hot water gushing from them. They
hurried down to their houses to search for ice blocks from
their freezers cold but when they took it out the ice melted.Helplessness spread As no one knew how to bring their body
temperatures back to normal.

Suddenly the clouds were devising against the sun so they
assembled just to teach The scorching sun who rules the sky. All started experiencing the shade and gushing wind.Everybody was devoured by relief however the clouds seem
to have their cake more than they can chew as they
assembled in great numbers vision blurred I was reading it
People were almost blinded By the dense clouds, frightened, they called for help yet everyone was in the same plights no
one could see or hear anyone clearly Then amid their fears
wind blew distorting the assembly of the clouds in the sky and allowing the sun to shine again. Exclamations of I can
see densely filled the atmosphere But to their surprise The
winds grew Ferocious carrying soil as it went that stitched
their faces and stung their eyes. Iron sheets ripped off from roofs slashing them causing bloodshed and death.

When the
wind settled down a heavy silence fell From the mountains came
an extreme noise like hands clapping and feet stumping."What is happening today? What wrong have we done to our
ancestors to anger our gods?" They curiously wondered. Large
rocks roared down the mountains Revealing the sound they were hearing wasn't of people but of the rocks. Tree is uprooted their roots and
their lofty branches invaded their cultivated fields, uprooting crops and smashing houses flat realizing everything could be lost in an
instant, the people gathered and prayed for forgiveness

Lightening flashed and thunder roared.
And then, in a resonant voice that shook the earth, Nature spoke. "I am Nature, the owner and provider of everything you see on this earth. I am angry. You have cut down my trees, leaving the land bare and vulnerable. You have poisoned the soil with chemicals, set bush fires, killed animals, cultivated steep slopes, and burned rubber tyres, releasing carbon monoxide, choking my creatures, and acidifying my water vapour. Today, I will destroy you for the harm you have caused. None of you will survive. I will terminate you little by little until you vanish."

The people, awestruck and ashamed, understood then that the chaos was not the work of vengeful ancestors or capricious gods, but the consequence of their own actions. They apologized, promising to replant trees, stop fires, cease killing wildlife, and protect the soil. Nature, seemingly moved by their contrition, granted them a reprieve, a five-year window to make amends and restore the balance of nature.

And so, the people of Blantyre set to work, laboring tirelessly to heal the wounds they had inflicted on the land. The sick, the elderly, and the young, all played their part, working together to restore the natural resources that had been so recklessly squandered.

Five years passed, and Blantyre was reborn. The rains fell, the wild fruits grew, and the raw materials flowed once more. The people and Nature lived in harmony, each respecting the other's place in the delicate balance of the ecosystem. And as they tended the land, the land tended to them, providing for their needs, and nurturing them back to health and prosperity.
