SERENDIPITY
In 2022 I am going to promote serendipity, connection, openness and inclusivity where-ever I go. With strangers in the park passing by. With cashiers at the local supermarket. With shop tenders. With old, young, challenged, family, friends, homeless, animals and any walk of life.

To my lifelong mentor
Dear Caren, Who knew that a middle school on a farm would prepare for me so much in my future. From milking goats, collecting eggs, shearing sheep, and running a farm business, you have taught me more than I can ever be thankful for. More importantly, you were there for me as my mentor. During days when the world felt like it was crumbling beneath me, you were there, gentle and steady, to remind me where I was. To remind me of the warm embrace of golden afternoons, playing with baby goats and breathing the hay filled air. Reminding me of the bumbling bees and sweet honey, and how it melted upon my tongue. The farm was my sanctuary and control when things felt out of control. I will forever thank you for that.

I have a big dream
I have a dream that every kid has a chance to get an education. I have a dream every kid gets a chance to chase their dreams. I have a dream that everyone gets three meals a day. I have a dream that everyone has a daily amount of clean drinking water. I have a dream that everyone has a place to call home. I have a dream that everyone has clothing on their back appropriate for the weather. I have a dream that there is a job for everyone. I have a dream that affordable health care is a given. I have a dream that anyone can use transportation to travel. I have a dream everyone is welcomed with open arms in other communities. I have a dream that everyone lives with good intentions. I have a dream that we become hundred percent sustainable for generations to come. I have a dream that families are able to live happily and enjoy their kids growing up. I have a dream that parents get to live their best life. I have a dream of healthier and more connected relationships between family, friends and spouses. I have a dream that every animal can live naturally and be protected or find an owner to take care of them correctly. I have a dream that everyone is aware of the world we live in and uses recycling to reuse the products to continue to make more with less waste. I have a dream to control all the waste we create and dispose of it correctly. I have a dream to build bigger and more efficient cities built for the people to live better lives. I have a dream we create more products to live better lives. I have a dream that our farms will become bigger and cleaner. I have a dream that there is diverse tasty food everywhere you go. I have a dream that robots take the pressure off our lives so we can do more with our time. I have a dream that we are able to expand into the cosmos and begin understanding the universe we live in, learning something new every day. I have a dream that the earth will become a piece of treasure for the people. I have a dream that peace will be among us all for us to experience each other's unique lives around the world. I have a dream that there is no barrier with language. I have a dream that everyone is healthier and lives longer with more positivity. I have a dream that the good will be rewarded. I have a dream that the bad will be disciplined. I have a dream that if there are extraterrestrials, they will be leaders and pave the way of the future with their knowledge, wisdom and technology. I have a dream that if we truly are ahead and have the best tech, knowledge and wisdom in the universe we will be the leader for the less fortunate. I have a dream we become organized as a whole and focus on what matters. I have a dream that death is celebrated. I have a dream that our warriors are praised and compensated for their bravery. I have a dream that moms and dads are considered heroes raising great people for the future. I have a dream that we celebrate more often with each other. I have a dream that the impossible becomes possible. I have a dream that all my dreams come true, and we create a perfect world and life inside of it for eternity. This dream will become reality if we create steps and climb them together. I am working to get a job and motivate the people through work, learning and faith that dreams do come true if, they are positive and help others.

Flow or Resistance?
If you go with the flow, you will be given everything to Know. If you choose to resist, the Universe won’t assist. Just before I wrote this down, the flow of inspiration stopped. I tried to force something out briefly. Then an image was shown to me to go outside and ask a stranger for assistance. You see, my bank card was swallowed and blocked earlier. Despite having an abundance of money, I wasn’t able to buy my own dinner tonight. I just returned from my local Pret a Manger. In there, I approached a man waiting for his food and explained calmly that my bank card has been blocked and I have no access to my bank to buy my dinner. I then asked "Please could you help me with a kind deed and buy my dinner for me?" He replied "I don’t have any spare change." I replied saying "I know that’s a lie." He replied angrily “I have my own choice, leave me alone!” I replied saying ‘You will suffer forever if you choose selfishness, remember.” He replied “ I AM NOT SELFISH!”.

An Unexpected Invasion
Sadhguru: We have a lot of trees around the house, especially fruit trees. As a rule, we don’t pluck any of the fruits because we have enough food to eat, so we leave these trees alone for the birds, squirrels and others. Because there is so much food, they multiply in plenty. When the season comes, suddenly you find dozens of baby squirrels running all over the place. Generally, I travel most of the time and am not in the house. One day when I returned, I found that these squirrels had found their way into my bathroom. My room has a huge window and some kind of mesh has been fixed on it, but these guys are ingenious. If they find the tiniest opening, they will open it up.

Believe in the World to Change it!
"All the world is suffering. It is also full of overcoming" - Helen Keller. A powerful statement. Helen Keller was an inspirational force in our world. Being deaf and blind did not stop her from pursuing her dreams. Through her works, she was an inspiration to all those disabled. With each experience and success, her soul awakened. She saw and heard the world through her hands and her soul. Fighting stigmas, self-proven that each person with a disability comes equipped with a unique ability.

Manasarovar
Sadhguru about Manasarovar Right from my childhood, I have heard many stories about how yakshas, ganas and devas came from somewhere else and took away this princess, got married to that person, this happened, that happened – all kinds of stories. I enjoy them, I appreciate them, but believing them is not in me. I never believed a word of it, but I gathered a rich accumulation of stories within me from various sources because I like the nature of the stories. I like the imagination behind them. But when I went to Manasarovar, for the first time I saw things happening there that I never ever believed possible. Slowly, I'm beginning to wonder if all these stories could actually be true. It makes me feel a little silly because I have built a reputation around the world of a straight-talking guru – absolutely logical, nobody can find a hole in my logic. But now, if I talk about what I'm seeing, particularly in Manasarovar, I'm staking my reputation. And it will make me look like a silly UFO freak…

A Moth to Flame
It’s a tragic thing, the life of a moth. Long ago they were creatures flittering around in the night, using the radient moonbeams as a beacon for their navigational systems. Sometimes these creatures would be attracted to the crackling lights of a fire, hence the phrase “like a moth drawn into the flame.” Once the invention of the lightbulb was created, these creatures got more and more confused with where they were supposed to be. Attracted to things that were never meant for them. Dying in places that they never should've been.

Should style Influencers be concerned with Sustainability in Fashion?
Influencer marketing has become popular online and is expected to grow to a market size of 13.8 billion. With social media, it has become even more popular. More style influencers are promoting fast fashion which leaves a carbon footprint in the environment. Between cheap labor, clothing pollution, and fast fashion, the fashion industry is rife with sustainability issues. Some of these sustainability, keywords have been slapped on clothing brands such as “ethical, organic, transparent, conscious, and sustainability” to attract more consumers to their brands. Do these words really describe the Brand accurately? Is the influencer responsible for promoting more sustainable clothing in the fashion industry?

I do have a dream. It's been with me for some time. It's been growing in my mind for almost ten years now, and the path I've taken in my life is pointing more and more towards making it a reality - somehow. I have no idea if I can actually do it. I'm full of doubts whether I have the right skills, the drive and energy to make it come alive and become a real thing in the world, but I do have the dream.

Boris & Josie
When I set out as the new Project Manager of the Chimpanzee Rehabilitation Project in the River Gambia National Park, I was 34. Boris and Josie were many years my senior. Nobody actually knew their exact age - they had come to the project roughly 12, 13 or 14 years prior to me, as pups. Now they were senior dogs, and incredibly overweight.
