What's the meaning of it?

Spending less time on electronic devices such as phones, laptops, televisions and dedicating more time to outdoor activities in nature is very important in our technology-driven world.

In today's busy life routines, people find themselves spending minimal time engaging in in outdoor activities and more time on screens. Most individuals work long hours in offices, and when they return home, they often continue to use screens for entertainment and communication. This constant exposure to electronic devices can lead to various negative affects on both physical and mental health.

Typically, people check their phones as soon as they wake up in the morning and use them again right before going to bed at night. It's a common practice for their day to start and end with their phones highlighting a dependency on these devices.

Disadvantages of spending more time on screen

People who spend most of their time on screens often experience negative effects on both their physical and mental health. Prolonged screen use can lead to various issues, affecting both mental and physical well-being. These issues often include sleep disturbances, which can impact their day lives. Additionally, their eyes suffer from extended screen exposure. For such individuals, it might seem as though they are telling their phones, 'I can't live without you'.

They often feel lack balance in their lives, spending most of their time spend scrolling through screens and neglecting green time in outdoor activities. If they do have some time outdoors, it is usually very limited. As a result, they miss out on the beauty and benefits of nature, which can weaken their physical and mental health.

Even when they are with their families, their present may feel non-existent because they do not actively engage in any conversations or activities. To improve their overall well-being, it is important for them to find a better balance by incorporating more outdoor activities and meaningful interactions into their daily routine.

Green Time

It means to enhance your well-being, immerse yourself in greenery and spend more time in outdoor activities. Enjoy the natural world by walking on barefoot on grass or sand. to feel a deeper connection with nature. Give your eyes a refresh with the beauty of nature and cool down your eyes. Give your eyes a break from screens. Balance your daily routine by exploring new hobbies and participating in fun activities, including sports to stay active. Embrace creativity and art to keep your mind sharp and refreshed.

Plan picnics and social gatherings to foster relationships and create memorable experiences in life. Dedicate your weekends to family time and strengthen your presence in their lives. Limit your screen time to avoid digital overload and unnecessary content, and commit to daily exercise to maintain physical health. Focus on building a strong, healthy body and a relaxed mind by adopting a balanced lifestyle. By incorporating more outdoor enjoyment, physical activity, and personal connections, you can achieve a more more balanced and fulfilling existence.
