It turns out that there is such a view of the universe which, if understood and accepted, would be beneficial for life!

There is a view of the universe that benefits for life when understood and accepted!

I recently came across a compilation online in which several different people described their worldviews. One of the more famous ones would be Stephen Hawking. Hawking is known to be a physicist and astronomer, and his worldview must be different from that of ordinary people. After all, he knew more about the universe than the average person. Although this is not much, it is enough to put him at the top of physics. There is no doubt that the differences between people are just a matter of getting lost in things. Sometimes it is these mistakes that make us the center of attention.

Let's start with cosmology. I made a point of looking it up. But it seems that cosmology was not quite the same as I understood it to be when I saw it. Cosmology is usually equated with a worldview. A worldview is where you are at and what period you use to see and analyze things. It is people's reaction to things, their basic view, and their perspective on the world.

Different worldviews are formed because people have different social positions and different perspectives on issues. As a framework for worldviews, it influences human perception and experience, as well as many dimensions of society: intellectual, political, economic, religious, cultural, scientific, and moral. Sometimes it is more like a world history perspective, where one's history and one's own experiences form one's view of the world.

The world view, life view, and values are united, even in their methodology. That's why when we talk about the three views we talk about them all together and rarely do we talk about one or the other separately, which represents the three views. Especially when two people are thinking of getting married into old age, the three views must be the same. Everything else can be different, except the three views.

The key to the formation of a worldview is in childhood. Your childhood upbringing and education determine your general worldview, and this part of the worldview that is formed will stay with you. As you grow up and are exposed to more people and events, some of your worldviews may change, but not in any greater proportion than those formed in childhood. However, this is not absolute. Some people will "change their temperament" after something deeply personal. Or they may gain some enlightenment, some revelation, and change themselves. After all, people's lives are unpredictable and unpredictable.

Then I thought about it, and the worldview of those people I saw should be their worldview. Only their worldview or cosmology is based on the universe. Here's what one person said: "We don't have to pay attention to what's happening on the earth in front of us, or even when we do a lot of things, we don't have to think in advance that we're going to achieve something, or that if I do it, I'll end up achieving something. If you don't have the time, I think that even each of us, in this time when we are fully thinking about what is happening on the planet 24 hours a day, can spare ten minutes. You can just sit there and think about it. You don't have to look. You just sit there and imagine that there is a universe the size of 100 billion light-years outside the Earth. Our Earth is in this universe, the Milky Way is a speck of dust in this universe, the Sun is a very small speck of dust, and then the Earth revolves around the Sun. I think if you spend ten minutes thinking about this, you might all feel differently."

Another conversation went like this:- "I find this unit of measurement that you think about is billions of years or tens of millions of years, and those are very, very big numbers. And then, every day, look at what's in the sky and then look at what's on the ground. This is your worldview and your view of life. There seems to be a very big gap between them." "Astronomers do have this great thing, which is called welfare, because once you get into the discipline, all the time becomes, that is to say, you look down on the view of life."

Here's what another person said:- "With a worldview, you don't see yourself as much. So I think sometimes you put yourself in the same place as everyone else. If you have a little bit of a cosmic view, you're not so ordinary."

Regarding Stephen Hawking, he was asked a question on a show by the host about a singer leaving a band. How do this event and the consequences of causing the hearts of millions of young girls to be broken affect the universe? Stephen Hawking answered the presenter from the perspective of a parallel universe.

I don't know how you feel after reading these paragraphs, but for me, it was quite acceptable. Maybe it's because I have such a world view and I just never noticed it. But probably the biggest reason is my understanding of Buddhist impermanence and selflessness.

Although everyone has their worldview, it's good to change your worldview to the same as these people when you're in pain and sadness, so you can get rid of the negativity quickly. On the other hand, when you are above yourself, you also need to have this worldview to "restore your mind".

One must focus on oneself, on one's position and influence in society. When you think of yourself as the universe when you think of the ants in the nest as yourself. You must think that even if the ant is powerful, it cannot have a place in your heart. Whether this ant is good or bad in his nest is none of your business, let alone any influence on you.

Life is long, decades, and every minute of it has to be experienced on its own. Life is short, fleeting, and gone. Although it's hard to change your three views, we need a different view of the world to make our lives easier in an ever-changing world!
