It was a beautiful day on the lake. Summer was coming near an end, and she had to spend some quiet time in her favorite setting, the water. It had been a trying time recently, sometimes she felt as though she was drowning. But here, she was one with the water. In this moment, all cares were gone.

She enjoyed watching the fish swim playfully around her. She had never been a fisherwoman, so she didn't have a pole and a hook. It was almost as the fish was speaking to her, as though there was a common connection. She was after all, a Pisces fish. The water was crystal clear, so much so that she could she was reflection looking back at her.

She thought back on her childhood, days of swimming and how much fun she had. Her dreams racing through her head with stroke, a world of endless possibilities ahead of her. It had been a long road since those carefree days, full of ups and downs. Her dreams have been shaken from time to time, but never left her.

The sky was a bright blue with just a few clouds. The silence was broken by the sound of birds flying above. She closed her eyes tightly as the breeze swept across her face. It was a wonderful feeling.

She thought of the obstacles that she had faced in the past. Each time, she felt herself growing stronger. She thought of the future and what was yet to come. Just as when she was a child, she felt her dreams were at her fingertips. Anything was possible.

Ahead, she saw a beautiful waterfall. It was one of the most amazing things she had ever seen. The sun slowly began to set, turning the sky into a live painting of orange, purple, and pink. She let the image sink into her head so that she would always remember this brief, quiet peaceful moment in her life.

She knew that she should turn around and go back to land before it got too late, but she wasn't in a hurry. She was enjoying this day, her day. As she grew closer to the waterfall, she wasn't afraid. She felt herself get lost in the beauty around her. She wanted this feeling to last as long as possible.

By the time she reached the waterfall, she could see the moon and a few stars shining above her. She lost track of the distance and the next thing she knew what was happening, her and her boat were about to go over it. Oops, that's not supposed to happen. It's a long way down. She wrestled with her oars as she tried to get back on the path. Then it happened, splash!!!

She had tumbled out of her boat into the water. As her head came above the water, she couldn't help but begin to laugh. This was a fitting ending to her day. She splashed around and rolled over onto her back to float for a little bit. The stars shined above her, and she made a wish. Finally, she swam back to land. As she stood in the sand wiping the water from her eyes, she looked back.

The flowing waterfall symbolized all of life's possibilities. Sometimes we come across obstacles along the way, but if we hang on and keep dreaming, anything is possible. And after each obstacle is faced, we find ourselves stronger than ever.

Today was over, but when it came to tomorrow, it was just beginning. She closed her eyes and sighed. She was ready.
