Growing up, I loved watching independent Jo March in every version of Little Women. Greta's 2019 adaptation made me love Amy. Other movies portrayed her as vain, shallow, annoying. Really, she was ambitious and practical, willing to sacrifice dreams of love and art to secure her family's future. I cry.
