Kavanaugh V. Klein
Ryan Kavanaugh, the co-founder of Triller, a video-sharing app, has recently filed a lawsuit against Ethan Klein and his YouTube show, H3H3 Productions, for "defamation". Kavanaugh claims that Klein is "harm[ing] and damag[ing]" him due to Ethan's multiple inclusions and mentions of a Variety article from June 2019 titled, "Ryan Kavanaugh Accused by Ex-Partner of Running a Ponzi Scheme", one of the many reasons that Ryan gives for his lawsuit. The article was later updated to show the retraction of the statement by Elon Spar, Kavanaugh's above-mentioned ex-partner, and Klein included that fact in later videos discussing the Variety article discussing Mr. Kavanaugh. Klein has presented evidence on his show that Kavanaugh had been allegedly threatening editors on his Wikipedia page with legal action if they didn't delete all of the information in the former "Controversies" section. The person who was alleged to be Kavanaugh had the username "rk777713".

The 2013 Disappearance of Heather Elvis
A beautiful 20-year old girl with her entire life ahead of her suddenly vanishes after an affair with a much older married man, throwing her family, friends, and an entire town into chaos. Heather was a talented, bubbly, and by all accounts, happy 20-year-old girl. She was very artistic and would frequently share her thoughts and interests on social media. Heather was known to be a bit of a rebel as she lived her life the way that she wanted to and didn’t waste any time caring about what other people thought about her. She had a good job, great friends, a tight knit family, and everything in her life seemed to be on track, but like every 20-year-old girl, there were secrets and things that her family did not know about and would not find out about until it was too late.

Ohio unsolved: Ericka Weems
Every time we speak to people, we automatically assume that we still have another hundred conversations left with them. As a way of ignoring our mortality, we tell ourselves we always have a lot of time left. The fundamental change of life says otherwise about the time we receive on this planet.
