This Ain't An Opening Farewell
I find myself thinking to for and of myself as I sit by myself. This tempts me to discuss W. B. Bubba Blue and F. G. his best and only friend. I think I ought to discuss my only friend, that be me. We been together awhile now, longer than either of us care 2 admit but it's " Alright now, learn my lesson well, can't please anyone so ya' got ta' please ya' self " . At least Mr. Nelson presumably died happily after authoring Garden Party.

8:32 PM - Timeline Begins
Timeline for going Missing: May 9, I tried to talk to Misty about going to Genesis Center in Kaufman, because of her bipolar, anxiety, PTSD, and drug use. She has always been very independent and hardheaded. Refused my suggestion, of course.

The Law is a Tricky Thing
I hadn't thought of this case in years. The death occurred in the 1970s and came to light in the early 1990s. I worked for a small law firm that took on filing an Ancillary Probate (a second case filed in another state to dispose of real estate there) for a process server that did work for the firm. The man's name was Doug Foote. We had all seen this man in our corridors, and even spoken with him cordially as he popped in and out of the office either picking up papers to go serve, or bringing back affidavits of return of service for papers he had served.

World Saints
Thursday 29th November, 4:45pm It was already dark with I was headed out the door, with my keys in one hand, my purse over my right shoulder and my phone in the other hand; I had my favourite pair of grey leggings on, with a purple cami-top tucked into them and completed the outfit with my favourite black and white check button up blouse, loosely draped over my arms and shoulders, all under my favourite red and blue winter coat. I could tell already that tonight was going to last forever. There was just something about the way the air was that told me, tonight was not going to be our usual night; and by god was that feeling far too right.

What did the Shooting Victim Say Before Going to the Hospital?
With the steam rising off the street in the August heat, little cones marked the shell casings on the street in the Hilltop section of Wilmington, Delaware. The victim, Blane Koss, was still breathing and stable when paramedics loaded him into the ambulance.

What is the humane treatment of prisoners?
mental health care is not always a priority in facilities where prisoners are kept. This can manifest itself when security guards and prison officials are not properly trained, staff do not report incidents, or do not take appropriate action when inmates are at risk of injury.
