The missing persons around the United States total somewhere close to ninety thousand at any given moment. They are missing mothers, fathers, sons, daughters, cousins, nieces, nephews, uncles, and aunts. A reunion would be sweet, but sometimes the news is too grim to take for some families. With Chicago, Illinois rapper EBE Bandz, officially listed as a missing person by his mother, he stands a chance at being discovered alive, but the latest reports seem rather dour. Law enforcement suspect that a corpse is in the back of a Dodge Challenger located at the hip hop artist’s home.

Reason First: Why Would Rapper Bussdown Write a Song Referencing a Murder He Committed?
How stupid for Bussdown and fortunate for the fallen’s family does a rapper have to be to rap about the very crime that now has him sentenced to life in prison? Rapper Bussdown recorded a 2017 song called “Cookies” that details the circumstances surrounding the case. The North Carolina hip hop recording artist’s irrationalism led to a break and solution to a murder. All of this pertained to a man who refused to return his firearm. What Happens When a Mentally Ill Person Gets Arrested?
America has a mental health problem that, to outsiders, can look a lot like a criminal problem. The National Alliance on Mental Illness reports almost 15 percent of men and 30 percent of women who are booked into jails have “a serious mental health condition.” While some people believe sending a sick person to jail means they’ll finally “get help,” that’s often not the case. Instead, the mentally ill may languish in prison for longer than those who aren’t suffering from a mental health disorder.

Reason First: Should John Walker Lindh Be Shunned?
That this male has been released on good behavior is an injustice to people who wish to live their lives free of worry. While the “War on Terror” actually means nothing because you can’t wage war on an inanimate object, a better term would be a War on Jihadism. And Lindh is a prime example of a person who should be serving a life sentence for his crime of aiding the Taliban. There ought to be no sympathy for a derelict criminal who lent his support to one of the most notorious organizations ever founded. With his release, Lindh will be able to breathe air in somewhat freedom. The element of the law ought to reconsider what a threat this man poses to rational individuals.

'Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile: Ted Bundy Movie'
As someone who reads a lot about famous killers, watches a lot of documentaries about serial killers, I was so excited to see this movie. Ted Bundy is one of the most famous killers for a variety of reasons; his kill count, his methods of killing, the fact he escapes from prison twice, he was the first ever court case aired on television, and the fact that he decided to become his own council during his last trial. All this you would think make for an excellent film. Well, the jury is still out on that one.

True Crime Must Watch
Lately, all the rage on Netflix has been about these True Crime Documentaries. It truly is fascinating to learn why these men and women decided to do such horrible things towards other humans. With so many out there, there are some great ones and some that are not as thrilling. I have watched a fair majority of them, well pretty much all but 2 or 3. In talking with others and seeing posts online I've noticed that many people question why they did the crimes they did, how they don't get the why.
