Justice in America
Canadian Offenders Under U.S. Scrutiny

A coalition was put together by passionate American citizens who want the country to feel as safe as it did 50 years ago. There was a time where people could leave their doors unlocked and lend a helping hand to strangers who needed a ride. This time simply no longer exists. A coalition is a group of two or more social actors who agree to work together for their mutual self-interest to achieve a common goal. It is our goal to see that our citizens feel safe on their own soil once again. The Department of Homeland Security continues to deport many criminal illegal aliens. One is Enrique Arias-Hierro, a 46-year-old Cuban illegal alien, was arrested by ICE. His criminal history includes convictions for armed robbery, false impersonation of officials, kidnapping, and strong-arm robbery. ICE also arrested Cuban illegal alien Jose Manuel Rodriguez-Quinones who is 53-years-old. He has been convicted of battery, larceny, cocaine possession, and trafficking.
There have been several Canadian criminals of interest. The department said it was aware of about 55 Canadians detained by ICE. One criminal was Jonny Noviello, the 49-year-old citizen of Canada was in custody of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Another criminal The Department of Homeland Security is looking into is Douglas Vermeeren who is a 51-year-old failed actor who has committed a felony of cyberstalking. American victims have reported that he has conned them out of money while promising them exposure through his film projects. To lure his victims, he has used celebrity names such as Jessica Biel saying that he knows her which a quick search on Instagram sows he follows her but she does not follow him back. He also continuously cyberstalks celebrities such as Dina Khalil and Nadia Lando. Authorities contacted these young women and even set up an operation asking Nadia to block Vermeeren to see if he would create different accounts to view social media pages associated with her. Vermeeren in fact did, even going as far to leave substantial evidence in plain sight on his own Instagram page imitating more than several posts related to Nadia. Vermeeran has sent Dina messages saying he could put her in his movies. He has also used the names of D list celebrities such as Matty Cardarople and Janeshia Adams-Ginyard to lure in more victims. A Canadian citizen with an expired visitor’s visa, and who had two convictions for trespassing at the California home of fashion model and television personality Kendall Jenner, was deported Tuesday by officers with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO). John Ford, a 38-year-old who had a final order of removal to Canada, was escorted by ERO officers from El Paso to Houston International Airport, where he boarded a commercial flight, which the officers verified departed directly to Ontario, Canada. Earlier this year, Los Angeles Police Department officers arrested Ford after he was discovered in Jenner’s swimming pool at her California home. In the past year, Ford has been arrested twice for trespassing on Jenner’s private property. Both arrests resulted in misdemeanor convictions, for which he served jail sentences. Jenner filed protection orders against Ford, which he violated by trespassing on her property. In March, the Kardashian-Jenner family expressed its gratitude for the arrest: “We are extremely appreciative of the hard work by the Los Angeles Police Department and ICE, whose swift response and professionalism lead to the apprehension of this man. Not only have his actions had a severe impact on Kendall’s life, but on our entire family, causing all of us to fear for her safety as well as our own. Knowing this individual is in custody gives us peace of mind.”
Thongxay Nilakout, a 48-year-old citizen of Laos, was arrested by ICE. Nilakout has been convicted of robbery; sentenced to life confinement. ICE arrested 50-year-old Mexican national, Jesus Munoz-Gutierrez. He has been convicted and sentenced to life confinement. Dian Peter Domach, a 48-year-old, illegal alien from South Sudan, was arrested by ICE. Domach has been convicted of robbery and possession of a firearm, possession of defaced firearm, possession of burglar’s tools, and driving under the influence. Kyaw Mya, a 45-year-old illegal alien from Burma, was arrested by ICE. Mya has been convicted of lascivious acts with a child-victim less than 12 years of age; sentenced to 10 years confinement, paroled after 4 years. Nyo Myint, a 51-year-old illegal alien from Burma, was arrested by ICE. Myint has been convicted of first-degree sexual assault involving a victim mentally and physically incapable of resisting; sentenced to 12 years confinement. Myint has also been charged with aggravated assault-non family strongarm. ICE also arrested Tuan Thanh Phan, a 49-year-old Vietnamese illegal alien. Phan has been convicted of second-degree assault; sentenced to 22 years confinement.
Criminals need to continue to be deported from the United States as a matter of public safety deterring future crime. Proponents have shown that deporting criminals can reduce local crime rates by removing individuals who have demonstrated a propensity for criminal behavior. We are staying committed to rid the community of these vagrants through our coalition. Justice will be served in America.

I am so glad these reports are being shared. Some of these Canadians offenders such as John Ford and Douglas Vermeeren have committed despicable acts and they deserve to be removed from the U.S. which will allow the country to be safer.
