Jail Journal: Page 2
Something's Sketch

After that reading I decided to take a break and drew a little sketch of Chiro. I was just going off memory so, I am not sure how accurate it is anymore. I am pretty sure I made his hair better than what it is.
A woman named Lily is a paralegal who is in here for some sort of money scandal involving some early withdrawals of funds in escrow in her company. She is a pretty woman with beady almond eyes and reddish brown hair. Her skin and nails are very clean. Her crimes apparently run on the federal side and her case is quite extensive. Anyway, she was kind enough to let me have some of her instant coffee and now I am kind of regretting it, as it is running through me. Plus, caffeine just steals from tomorrow to give to today.
I made some commissary orders myself so, I can't wait until those come in in a few days. I just ordered ramen and some donuts but it crazy that a small bag of ramen costs 6 bucks in here while outside it would be like at most, 2 dollars.. I also ordered some donuts. Waiting somehow is making me more antsy than usual, eating my breakfast orange isn't cutting it right now either.
In the mornings, breakfast comes at the crack of dawn in little brown bags and usually consist of: Apple juice, some form of protein( usually a piece of bologna or a hard boiled egg), a piece of bakery bread(sweet or plain), and an orange. I usually give my other stuff in favor of just the juice and orange, but after a while I even started eating the other stuff.
I had a dream I was trying to buy my old favorite pink scheduler book from Temu. The dream also entailed me talking to Nev from catfish since apparently, Lady Gaga was getting catfished by Nicole Kidman or something in an academy down in Australia.

Reminds me of this other dream I had with Vinh Giang and it is still making me giggle. He was talking to me about my mom,
" Look Kayla, I think your mom is really losing out with this Peter guy ( Her boyfriend ). Australian men are some of the most charming, the most handsome, the warmest guys ever. I know this because, I happen to be one!"
Also my mom happened to be in Venezuela while I was in this Australian place. I think it was because a little bit before coming here I was talking to this guy Gio. I don't know, maybe instead of trying to go to the Netherlands, perhaps I should try and see how Australia does for me? I mean, if I end up having a decent life in somewhere like Tittybong, I deserve happiness, no matter how random that shit is.
I was thinking of my Human Tasks and feel like I have so many stacked up. I know some are possibly not going to be able to be done in one day so I wonder how I am going to navigate that thing when crossing them off. We'll cross that bridge when it comes up though.
I also decided I'd write down questions for when I get visitors because, my mind is still mush and becomes mushier by the day. I lose a thought as soon as I get one.
I am sad to hear my mom cried to my attorney. I might've seemed heartless to him since I didn't really react, but I am just tired. I do appreciate the 50 dollars she put on my account so I could get the few things I am getting now.
These writing pads are so much better than tissues too. Since it is 2 am and I am not sleepy one bit, I figured I could compile some of the tissue notes to paper since it will give them more durability and longevity. Plus, it will be all uniform with notes going forward.
This is also sort of disgusting but I have been farting a lot. I don't know if it is from skipping some meals or from the ones I am eating. That coffee didn't help either, it was like dirt.
My brain wants to go to sleep but, I rather write than struggle to sleep since my body isn't cooperating. The beds are a thin mat and I always wake up with bruises from just sleeping. It is best to wait until I am good and tired to even attempt to sleep.
