Name a body part more important than the male penis; I’ll wait. Sure, a man needs a heart, brain, kidneys, and lungs, but life without a sex organ creates a profound sense of loss, affecting more than his sexual pleasure and happiness in the bedroom as if that in and of itself isn't gruesome enough. Losing a sexual organ sends a man into an orbit of confusion and creates a significant psychological impact on his self-esteem, masculinity, and overall identity. If you have the balls, read the following stories of a few men who can give firsthand testimonies of what life is like without genitals.

Woman Cuts Off Cheating Ex-Husband’s Penis Down The Toilet

Our first story takes us back to 2019 in Hsinchu, Taiwan, when a 58-year-old woman used a pair of scissors to cut off her ex-husband’s penis and flush it down the toilet.

Ms. Lee lured her ex-husband to her home under the pretense of sexual relations. When he arrived, she cut off his genitals with scissors, leaving a one-centimeter portion attached.

After attacking her ex-husband, Ms. Lee soaked his penis in acid and flushed them. Se then took 40 sleeping pills in an attempt to commit suicide.

Ms. Lee was upset after learning her ex-husband had cheated on her.

Police were unable to locate the man’s penis but would not have been able to reattach it even if they had.

Male Escort Cut Off Man’s Genitals

Damien Byrnes, a 36-year-old male escort, will spend five years in prison after he cut off a consenting man’s genitals and filmed the procedure for a pay-per-view website.

In February 2017, Byrnes, with help from Jacob Crimin-Appleby, 23, and Nathaniel Arnold, 48, removed Marius Gustavson’s penis and testicles with a kitchen knife.

Crimi-Appleby froze Gustavson’s leg in dry ice, leading to an amputation. Arnold removed part of his nipple. Crimi-Appleby will spend 3 years and eight months in prison. Arnold was handed a two-year suspended sentence.

Byrnes said he vomited after removing Gustavson’s genitals.

Woman Charged With Murder After Chopping Off Lover's Penis

In May 2024, 32-year-old Shenting Guo of Grand Junction, Colorado, was charged with murder after she allegedly stabbed her boyfriend and cut off his penis during an argument at the Woodspring Suites.

Police responded to a call of an unresponsive man and found the victim on the bed, deceased.

Guo told police she stabbed him in the leg because she was angry but said she did not intend to kill him. She then cut off his penis, traveled to a nearby market, and purchased rubbing alcohol, beer, and antibiotics but forgot bandages, so she returned to the store.

The victim told Guo he might die; she gave him a Propel drink and an Ibuprofen. He later passed away from his injuries.

She has been charged with second-degree murder.

Woman Ripped Man’s Testicle Out With Her Teeth

Back in May 2016, Nunzia Del Viscio, 43, attacked her ex-boyfriend in his flat in Edinburgh, using her teeth to rip one of his testicles out of its scrotum.

The attack occurred after Del Viscio and two friends met the victim at a nightclub. After a few beers, the group went to the man’s apartment. She admitted to using drugs and becoming destructive during the early morning hours.

Her behavior led to an argument and the forcefully removed testicle.

She told police she acted in self-defense. A court convicted her of assault and ordered her to pay compensation to her victim and stay in her home between the hours of 22:00 and 06:00 for six months.

Doctors used 15 stitches to reattach the man's penis.

Woman Tied Up Husband, Cut Off His Penis

On Sept. 10, 2019, police arrested Victoria Thomas Frabutt, 56, of Newport, North Carolina, after she tied up her husband and cut off his penis.

James Frabutt, 61, told responding officers that his wife “tied him up, pulled out a knife, and cut off his penis.”

James was transported to Vidant Medical Center in Greenville. It’s uncertain if they were able to reattach his penis, although deputies did locate it and place it on ice.

Mrs. Frabut was charged with malicious castration and kidnapping.
