Sometimes running away will bring you back to the beginning
Relearning these skills was like going back home, growing up on a homestead before it became cool, as my uncle likes to remind me. When I was young, the only thing I wanted to do was get a job in the city since the city was new and adventurous to me.

My First Heartbreak
Letting go means realizing that some people are a part of your history, but not a part of your history. We did love each other but we were also awful to each other. At the end of the day, I knew he was going to be there for me and I was going to be there for him. We were meant to be we just weren't meant to last. I never expected him to finish anything. He was always leaving. I still picture him with a suitcase in his hands. I always thought he would be the person who left, Not me. I didn't leave because I didn't love him. I left because he was killing me. I've gotten really good at not flinching whenever I hear his name.

He came across the stone Bonjour, keeping his heart warm and optimistic about his own freedom
The old monk had been reciting sutras and chanting Buddhism for more than 50 years, but he still had not achieved enlightenment. Not only was he ashamed, but he also had some terror in his heart: if he died in old age without attaining enlightenment, he would still be in hell if he had to carry so many debts from the offerings. The more the old monk thought about it, the more uncomfortable he became, so he stopped reading the sutra, put down the book, and resigned from the temple.

I’m Going To Be Starting The #SpecialNeedsLivesMatter Movement, Because I Believe The World Still Has Work To Do In This Area
As I've stated in previous stories, articles and poems, I've been living with special needs since I was 2 years old. It's been quite a long haul for me to get to where I currently am at this point in my life. Without all the necessary support and care I've received from educators, my family, my friends, mental health professionals, support workers and doctors, my life would be in disarray by now! I'm glad that's not the case, because I've gotten and currently receive the assistance, care and encouragement to ensure I'm living healthily, safely and purposefully in my community.

I Only Have So Many Fucks To Give
I had a pretty silly thought just a few minutes ago. I was chatting with one of my best online friends, Michael Jordan. Not the hall of fame basketball play, but a different fella I’ve met in my travels. He’s an awesome, funny friend. When we talk, we use the word “fuck” a lot.

The Internet Just Replaced A Lot Of Things, Like Cookbooks
I was browsing through the recipe book section at Chapters when a budget-friendly cookbook caught my eye. It pleased my senses with its colourful cover, smooth and well-illustrated pages, vast content, and the “new book” smell that came from the inside.

Feeling isolated from the outside world is like the emotion of being cut off from the outside
Every so often it feels like physically you are present but at the same time, your mind is absent. The absent mind person feels that they are living a thousand miles away. They become unaware of daily life things that need to be done, and find themselves absent and lost in the present world. They ignore themselves to do daily routine tasks. It gets a person very low and they need a break for some time. Sometimes due to being cut off from the world, when you try to do some work it remains there due to lack of concentration, as you start it in the morning and still, it gets evening, but your work progress is zero. So, you just keep doing the same thing over and again, like a hamster in a wheel. And the longer you lay there, the more it feels like you’re drowning, in that horrible, sinking feeling.
