Aubrey Drake Graham has a dilemma. He wants to continue his reign as one of the most relevant and engaging hip hop and R&B artists of the twenty-first century. At the same time, yet, he feels that he has made a great error in deciding to talk about past romantic relationships with women.

His aim was never to disparage any female on a track. He claims that he just wanted to air out his emotions and the way the given woman made him consider his own life.

Multiple songs incorporate ideas about previous experiences with the opposite sex in Aubrey’s life. On the song “Fancy” from his debut release Thank Me Later (2010) he even talks about other people’s property (OPP) when he says, “Jason had this girl Tammy with a purple Bentley.” Some even speculate this is the same Tammy Lil’ Wayne dated.

Mr. Graham is reluctant to ever go in the studio and discuss past lives with his audience again. He posits that the familial relations coupled with the private, intimate times tangled up his relationships with these females.

If he had to go back to correct all of the various references, he’d be challenged. It would probably take hours to mute all of the notions and ideas about women that have hurt, helped, romanced, or otherwise interacted with Drizzy on a romantic level.

His history of tumultuous times with females has prompted him to be reflective and introspective in regard to what content lies in his lyrics. As he nears forty-years-old, Aubrey is prepared to open up about the wayward direction his life has gone on record.

His albums all carry with then the weight of love found and love lost. Bundled into all of this is the fact that he is wealthy, a factor, and one of the top MCs of all-time. Still, none of that matters when it comes to mending souls touched by the flames of enduring love.

Drake makes the case that he regrets his talk about girlfriends from the past, but he hardly hints that he will completely cease his details about his trysts. Whatever his intentions will play out to be, he will be a staunch supporter of the idea that he may support simping.

As a pimp, you allow the woman to only get a portion of your attention and ration your sexual prowess. You don’t get to pillow talking or sharing names of actual people on songs. If Drake had any sense of being a man of substance, he should have been able to discuss in song what Too $hort said all those decades ago. It’s too explicit here but it can be found in the song “Somethin’ About Your Pimpin’”.

For Drake to redeem himself, he’s going to have to reevaluate his position in the game. For the game is cold and hard but focused and true. Aubrey could take this moment and revolutionize his entire career. Instead of pushing out notions of seeking the woman’s favor, he should be determined to show his growth from a simp to a real man.

All of the women in his life he either tricked on or gave his “heart.” In exchange, he got nothing but “heartbreak,” frustration, and disgust. What he ought to do is listen to more early Dr. Dre hits and contemplate the thought of making a career switch strictly to dance music that attracts women who might have a surprise in their panties.

If Aubrey Drake Graham is to handle the conditions of dealing with women in this day, he ought to prepare himself for the lips poked out, the nagging, and the constant barrage of girlfriends that just aren’t loyal.

In the YouTube show Drink Champs, NORE asks the question loyalty or respect? Drake should choose respect for his manhood and no loyalty for these females.
