Watching Waterfalls

A Thoughtpiece

By Mike Singleton 💜 Mikeydred Published 6 months ago 1 min read
A Nightcafe Creation By The Author

To sit, watch, listen and hear the sound of the waterfall as it falls to meet the waters below. Sometimes they are gentle, and sometimes sound like thunder, waters turning into mist as they descend from their heights.

They start from the rains and mountain springs, and then journey to their final destinations, becoming one with lakes and rivers, eventually to return in these circles of aquatic life.

Close your eyes and listen to the waters fall, feeling the gentle mist on your face. You always feel you could stay here forever, you know the waterfall will always be here, falling and flowing over the rocks, part of Mother Nature's way.

This is a small piece of heaven on earth, pure natural perfection for the enjoyment of all.

Nothing like the sound of water to a waterfall, an ocean, or a babbling brook. In all its forms, it is soothing

How true you speak, and if a waterfall is not so near just close your eyes during a rain shower and it be like in a way. Good job.

Beautiful, in the middle of our downtown, we have a waterfall. Unfortunately, you cannot hear it due to the noise in the city. I have to drive 45 minutes to listen to the falls surrounded by nature. No noise but the sound of nature and the beautiful falls
