Watching The Waves
A Thoughtpiece

Looking out at the sea, it has been raining, and the wind is still blowing, whipping up the waves into an amazing shape as they crash against the concrete pier, like the feathers of some giant prehistoric bird before falling back to become one with the sea and waves once more.
To look upon the foam-topped waves as they rush toward the shore driven by the wind, the currents and the phases of the mook, leaving to ponder how small we are when we are in the presence of such phenomenal natural majesty.
The waves have a beautiful majesty that you can admire from afar but you cannot be near, and they are always there, demanding human admiration.
Watching the waves from a distance fills one with wonder and makes our souls grateful for what nature shows us.

I agree with Dharr, this was so Blissful and Calming. I could go to sleep to the sound of the waves lapping on the shore <3
This felt so blissful and calming. Loved it!
Well captured. I have spent many hours watching the waves as they crash on to rocks in a storm I always think to myself how powerful nature is.
Love it. I could watch those all day.
