On the flight, Loreen, Lisa and Entrepreneur Paul looked at the monitors. Red and blue police lights illuminated the screen with the “LIVE” chiron emblazoned on the screen.

“They almost had us but we made it. We’re going to prevail because of reason and logic. Our selfishness will be praised!” Lisa exclaimed. A note of sadness, not for herself or her enemies but the fact she came so close to death.

“The blood from that police officer will be remembered for all generations. It wasn’t his sacrifice but dedicated service which should be recognized,” Entrepreneur Paul intoned.

“Yes, we’ll set up a memorial scholarship in his name…..” Loreen mentioned. She shook her head and almost swore. She left that to Entrepreneur Paul.

The plane ride provided some solace as the five star amenities had been laid out to offer comforts. Little caviar looked like shot pellets. Crab legs stretched like fingers and lobster tails steamed and saturated with butter.

The juxtaposition of tension and hunger mixed up brought the cabin to resist from eating the food. They felt pangs and wished to eat but their shared apprehension championed those little twinges.

“I know that we’re flying but I’m spinning,” Lisa admitted.

“You better lay down in one of the beds,” Entrepreneur Paul suggested. Lisa walked like a drunk even though she never touched the champagne. She closed the door behind her and wept. She wept because of the evil in the world and then cleared and laid down with a smile knowing the Collectivists had been neutralized.

“I know this to be true…we’re going to be taken to a new level,” Entrepreneur Paul mentioned. “I don’t mean on this flight, although of course we have a few more thousand feet to reach.”

“I know what you mean,” she replied, grinning.
