In times, where our history is being tarnished by fascists. When our history is distorted by current political climate and regime – and when our fellow countrymen cannot recognize our history anymore – then it is time to make a difference and look back on our past.

The Poison of Capitalism in Filipino Society
The history of the Philippines is a history of class struggle. Over the century of Filipino life, it has gone through various processes of change, from a feudal system to the present, dominated by capitalism and imperialism. Alongside this, there has been the emergence of various cultures originating from foreign ideas, particularly the Popular Culture in our country. However, none of this happened in an instant; it has been a decades-long process leading Filipinos to embrace this kind of behavior.

"Achieving Personal Growth Through Effective Behavior Change"
We all have behaviors we'd like to change in ourselves, and we also want to help others, like our kids, spouses, or colleagues, make positive changes. I want to share some new research that sheds light on what motivates behavior change, but first, let's look at a common strategy many of us use. For instance, if you're trying to stop snacking, you might tell yourself, "Beware, you'll get fat." Similarly, if your kid is smoking, you'd likely warn them about the dangers of smoking and its consequences.

To the ones healing their darkest fragments
To the ones healing their darkest fragments Today I choose not to poetically quote the light that we need to embrace in order to see the best parts of ourselves. I do not wish to romanticise the goodness present in life. Today I want to talk about the darkness of the existence we forge our essence in—the dreariest moments of our soul that cause misery. The loneliness that mitigates the sanguinity we hold for a better tomorrow I am a writer, and we are often accused of overexemplifying the beauty of life and light. Bubbles, Needles, Poop and Other Related Things. Content Warning.
I woke in my college dorm room my junior year and lay still, unable to force myself out of bed. It was five in the evening and I had slept all day. My teeth were unbrushed, my hair and body unwashed and I hadn’t eaten. It didn’t matter. Nothing mattered. The deep darkness in my mind won out and I let myself sink back into a restless sleep. I succumbed to one darkness in order to escape another.
