"Self-Driven: Winning the Battle Against Yourself"
I had a lot of anger built up, and it’s still there. It won’t go away for normal people because when you’ve been in the dark places I’ve been, no one comes to save you. I was surrounded by smart people telling me how to live my life, but by the time I was in my forties, I realized I didn’t need their guidance anymore. I knew what was good and bad for me. It took all my focus to get here.

Pursue Your Unique Vision
Today, I need you to embrace the difficult moments. Accept the challenges that come your way. Fall in love with the journey itself. There will be countless times when you'll feel discouraged, lose your passion, or doubt if it's meant for you. But to reach your destiny, you must be determined. Giving up after the first, fifth, or even thirtieth attempt means you didn't want it badly enough. You need to believe so strongly in what you want that you're relentless. No matter how impossible it seems, how long it takes, or how often people tell you no, your attitude should be, "I'll keep believing my whole life if I have to. I won't accept no for an answer. I won't settle for mediocrity. I'll keep pursuing what's in my heart."

Beyond the Surface: Understanding Concealed Depression
Let me introduce you to Natalie. When Natalie first came to see me in therapy, she seemed almost apologetic. She giggled nervously while describing what sounded like symptoms of panic disorder—her heart racing, difficulty breathing. Despite her outward success—plenty of friends, a solid marriage, and a deep love for her kids—she felt that something was missing. "My life's almost perfect," she admitted, "I just need to calm down."

"Achieving Personal Growth Through Effective Behavior Change"
We all have behaviors we'd like to change in ourselves, and we also want to help others, like our kids, spouses, or colleagues, make positive changes. I want to share some new research that sheds light on what motivates behavior change, but first, let's look at a common strategy many of us use. For instance, if you're trying to stop snacking, you might tell yourself, "Beware, you'll get fat." Similarly, if your kid is smoking, you'd likely warn them about the dangers of smoking and its consequences.

Imagine standing on the street and asking people about their biggest wish. Most would probably say they want to be rich. But if you ask them how they plan to achieve that, many wouldn't have a clear answer. No matter your definition of wealth, if you're watching this video, you likely want to improve your financial situation.

"The Truth Behind Whale Swallowing: Fact or Fiction?"
There's something lurking in the water—can you spot it? Encounters like this are surprisingly common with whales. While the people we have seen in several videos we have seen on screen escaped with minor injuries, they were mere meters away from becoming a whale's meal. But what if they hadn't been so lucky? Could a human survive being swallowed by a whale? Has it ever happened? These are the questions we explore in the following scenario.

What It Takes to Escape Poverty
If you stop a random group of people on the street and ask them what poverty means to them, you'll get a variety of responses. A little girl might say it's not having enough food to eat, another person might describe it as just barely getting by, while someone else might define it as living on the streets. These are just a few of the perspectives you might hear. If you haven't experienced poverty, you can't fully understand how it feels, how quickly circumstances can change, or how an environment can easily trap someone in poverty. People born into poverty or thrust into it by circumstances often feel hopeless about escaping, while those determined to avoid it will find ways to do so. Today, I will present research-backed methods to escape or prevent poverty.
