I can't think of anything to categorize this book. It is a non-fiction book and covers various topics in a free but deep language. It talks about eroticism, the adult content industry, memory, consciousness, willpower, learning, childhood, adulthood, being a woman, being a man, raising children, learning a language, habits, obsessions, depression, disorders and many more topics that I can't remember.
