It's just 4 days before the official release date.
Not a lot of time to stack up pre-orders, but honestly, I am just relieved that Barnes and Noble, Chirp, and the other platforms that have finally started posting my audiobook got it out in time for the announced release date.
Reputation SAVED! If I had a reputation for anything other than being brutally honest with no tact, that is. I am hoping to add "punctual" to that description. "A punctual, brutally honest bish with no tact." I like the ring of it. Makes me sound at least a little responsible.
Am I recommending my book to anyone who loves fiction stories with dragons, action, and fighting, strong female leads, trauma, healing, and a little splash of romance? Yes, I am.
Just for this one article I will be shameless and tell you: I'm incredibly proud of this story. And I'm even more proud that I got the audiobook done. Now that I can stop focusing so heavily on completing this, I can work on getting my poetry book and my children's book published.

About the Author
Willowmeana is the pen name of a full-time mom, exuberant storyteller, and survivor of abuse and sexual assault. She weaves lessons of growth, redemption, and hope into her stories, believing they may reach those who need them most. As a child, stories gave her the courage to survive her darkest times, and now she writes to pass that courage on to others. She believes words have the power to move and change the world, and hopes her words help make it better than she found it.

I sat in my office, twisting the wooden ring that Leon had carved for me on my finger. I was uncomfortable, hot, and cranky. And I was bored. Leon was making me a cup of tea in the adjoined kitchen. Estrakulius was resting peacefully next to me against the desk. I had taken up residence in CiCi’s old office as it was easier than moving everything into mine. It had been interesting to find things about CiCi after she was gone. It made me feel like she was still here and comforted me. And she was right, all of the millions and millions of reports were very helpful, no matter how much I hated them.
