When Manuela Hosted a Goodbye to Prince at The Roxy
Remembering when Prince passed away, most of his fans would think it was the darkest day in their lives. Soon, gatherings at Paisley Park (his home/studio in Chanhasen Mn), and "First Avenue" (the place where most of the concert scenes in his debut film, Purple Rain" were shot), began to pop up suddenly and without fanfare. Soon other Prince-related venues began to have pop up gatherings to talk about, mourn and remember the artist.

All the records Taylor Swift's Midnights broke in its first days of release
That's a real f---ing legacy, indeed. Just days after the Oct. 21 release of her 10th studio album, Midnights, Taylor Swift shattered streaming and sales records left and right. The album, which sees the singer reminisce on 13 sleepless nights throughout her life, marks both a return to pop and a return to more personal subject matter for Swift.

Charlamagne Attacks Ye’s Ego
Ye’s got problems. But Lenard “Charlamagne tha God” McKelvey seems to have bigger ones, or at least more. Mr. “Lesser Charges” has stated that Ye will not bounce back from his fall from grace and that “he won’t be here much longer.” This is sad. A man who allegedly sexually assaulted a young woman is taking shots at a man who clearly needs a better prescription drug “cocktail.”

Bnxn, Bella Shurda, Bigiano and Lucid Drops Projects in The Same Week
It is a great week for afrobeat music in Nigeria. The third week of the month of October saw a lot of happenings in the music industry. As you can tell, of recent, the Nigerian music industry has been highly competitive and in demand. Due to this reason, the artistes are begining to put in a lot of work to make sure they are worthy of the whole competition. Asake is currently in the limelight and he is obviously one whom a lot of these guys are trying to out-do or out-sell at the moment. Artistes like 2face, Faze or even Eedris Abdulkareem are respected for setting the tone, but even they will testify that the competition back then was not as tedious as the one we have here. The major predicament they faced in their error was the issue of piracy. It was so bad, most of the artiste at the time could not reach their full potential financially. Some even dedicated their music careers to sing about ending the heartlessness of piracy. Shout out to 2shotz.

King Charles - Loveblood
A Little Background Around ten years back my daughter told me about the amazing guy she had seen live. She has excellent musical taste (takes after her dad) and we both went to see him at an all-day Festival at Hoults Yard in Byker and at the new Riverside next to the Tyne in Newcastle.

Surprised That Adidas Has Not Dropped Kanye West? The Dark History Of Adidas Might Explain Why
I'm sure that as of late, everyone has heard the latest commentary from rapper Kanye West (aka, Ye). Ye's commentary surrounding the Jewish community, political communities, and the Black community has raised a lot of concern for not only the impact of these statements, but what it means in regards to his endorsements and sponsors.
