A Plagiaristic Poetic Progressive Playlist
Introduction This just came into my head because I have become a member of this group , and many of the records in my collection appear on the group and the people seem really welcoming and engaging, but the group has disappeared now.

It's 3 in the Morning and I Miss One Direction
Why, why, WHY must this happen? You're laying in bed, relaxing after a long day, and BAM "No, Jimmy Protested" randomly inhabits your brain and you're suddenly back to watching every One Direction video diary, which leads you to watching all their fetus moments, which then leads you to the frat era, which then leads you to "Does the little one with the cheekbones know that the Prince is in love with him?" which leads you to 2015 long haired Harry vibes, and then suddenly you're crying over the hiatus like it didn't happen almost 10 years ago? Do you get what I mean? Don't act like you're too good and this has never happened to you because if that's the case, then the memes I'm about to share with you are about to give you the same heart-wrenching pain that I am feeling at this moment.

"Faith in the Future" lyrics that made me the proud mom I am today
Louis William Tomlinson has been the cause of a lot of emotional healing lately. Me? I was always a Harry girl myself. However, 2022 brought me one of the most immaculate albums I have heard in recent time, and now, I am unapologetically a Louis girl for life. (Eh em, I eat carrots, Lou.)

A Gifted CD
The CD was compiled with others in a case that, if memory serves, was a bit like a photo album with those filmy sleeves. When late-elementary or early-middle school me discovered it while helping my grandmother babysit some of my cousins for the summer, finding the title of the CD seemed impossible. The display side was almost entirely black with a small relief of a coiled snake. Younger-me thought it must be called 'Elektra' since that was one of the words that stood out.

The Downward Spiral by Nine Inch Nails . Content Warning.
Thirty years on, Nine Inch Nails' The Downward Spiral still feels like a fresh breath of thick, toxic-filled, self-hatred-driven, cathartic air. This album is not a pretty journey to take. Anyone who has heard it will attest to that fact. So why have I chosen to write about its importance to me personally?

A Night with Counting Crows: An Unforgettable Experience at Midway Lawn
As the sun dipped below the horizon, painting the sky in hues of pink and orange, the anticipation among the crowd at Midway Lawn at Champlain Valley Expo in Essex Junction, VT, was palpable.
