Rock n' roll, boy bands, jazz trios, and more; the greats, newbies, and forgotten icons who create our favorite groups.
Muse and the Resistance
I like all kinds of music, including, of course, rock music. I enjoy various rock songs as long as they aren’t too edgy (Too edgy to me would be hard rock and metal music). The most edgy music that I can take is that from artists like Fall Out Boy, Imagine Dragons, Linkin Park, and Muse. Someone that listens to hardcore metal might say that my choice in music is pretty mellow.

A Special Thankyou To Meatloaf. Top Story - March 2022.
This is a special tribute to a band that saved my life. The singer Micheal Lee Aday sadly passed away in January 2022. Meatloaf is a special band to me because their music got me through the most painful times in my life, both in my childhood and my adulthood. They are also a band whose songs have helped me through a major battle with my mental health and saved my life over and over again.

5 Black Boy Bands of This Century That Deserve Better
If you’re anything like me (or several million people) at some point in your life, you went through a boy band phase. And if you’re even more like me, you haven’t grown out of it, you’ve just replaced one boy band with the next. Over the years, I’ve seen boy bands come and go (and sometimes come again). From the more obscure ones like NLT and IM5 to the global superstars like One Direction and BTS, boy bands have been a phenomena for decades.

Dream Legacy is a heavy rock band with a distinctive sound
Andy Paynes started the Dream Legacy project in January 2019. One of his personal goals in life was to compose and produce a heavy rock album. At a young age Andy had played as a guitarist in local rock bands in southern Germany for about 8 years, before he kept his guitar in his suitcase for about 25 years. In early 2019, Andy set up a home studio, began composing songs and recording song by song. Not knowing where the "journey" was going with the music and the songs. But after finishing the first two songs "Don`t Waste Your Time" and "Let It Rock" Andy was very motivated to write more songs with great commitment. Andy asked, in April 2020, his former bandmates from the 80s, Ebo Hösch, John Zell, Ryan Zell, but of course also André Carswell, to form the rock band "Dream Legacy" together. Now a singer was missing for the songs. Hayo recommended André Carswell, an American professional singer who already had a lot of experience and had been successful with the band Anyone‘s Daughter, among others. In April/May 2020, André had the time and desire to sing the songs with a lot of dedication and commitment, also because of the corona pandemic.
