As we march through 2022, the track and field season will be here before we know it. When December comes, Winners Only is usually at either Grand Valley State or Indiana covering some of the first indoor track meets of the season. Why wait until December. Lindsey Thall - Kent State Lindsey Thall is a 6-2 forward for the Kent State Flashes. A native from Strongsville, Ohio, she is currently a grad student. Last season she shot a careeer best .425 from the field and .804 from the free-throw line while averaging 11.4 points per game. Over four seasons and 110 career games she has scored 1,218 points, snagged 521 rebounds and blocked 172 shots. Thall led Kent State to an early season win over No. 19 UCLA scoring 20 points on 7-9 shooting, including 5-7 from three-point land. It was her first of three games with at least 20 points for the season.

All results recorded from games played Sept. 21, 2022 McCoy's hitting improves as Otterbein wins The Otterbein Cardinals, who are the 11th ranked team on the Division III level of the NCAA, travelled to Gambier, Ohio and took on struggling Kenyon and won 3-0 (25-15, 25-14, 25-22). Otterbein improved to 12-2, while Kenyon dropped to 1-9. Middle hitter Madison McCoy had her second-best hitting performance of the year with a .444 hitting percentage, collecting five kills and a block in two games. The junior from Wooster, Ohio, that stands at 5-11, has recorded three-straight matches with a hitting percentage over .300 for the first time this season. She has recorded 20 kills in the last three matches which is her best three-game stretch as well.

Buzzerio lifts Pitt over Ohio State Courtney Buzzerio posted 15 kills on a .412 hitting percentage, leading No. 12 Pitt to a win over No. 5 Ohio State 25-21, 25-15, 25-22. The host Panthers improved to 9-2, while Ohio State dropped to 4-4. Buzzerio is a 6-5 right side hitter from Chino Hills, California. Prior to this season she competed at Iowa where she had her biggest season in 2021 averaging 4.07 kills per set. So far this season, Buzzerio is averaging 3.15 kills per set which is tops for Pitt. Her 15 kills matched a season high, that she recorded against BYU, Sept. 3. The difference is she recorded 15 kills in four games against BYU, while getting the same amount in just three games against Ohio State.

Emoni Bush - Washington Emoni Bush is a 6-3 outside hitter at University of Washington. From Cambell River, Canada, Bush's numbers have improved early in her second season. She recorded a .458 hitting percentage with 12 kills and a career best 11 digs in a four-set win over Arkansas on Aug. 27. On Sept. 9, Bush recorded a career high 17 kills in a five-set win over Cal Poly. After her first five matches of the season Bush is averaging 2.67 kills per set, up from 2.21 as a freshman last season. Her hitting percentage has improved from .147 to .274.

Daphane White - Jackson State Daphane White will make her debut with Jackson State. The 6-5 center previously played at Houston during the 2020-21 season where she averaged 4.5 points and 4.1 rebounds in just 12.8 minutes per game in 10 appearances. Prior to playing at Houston she was a dominant force on the junior college level at Mississippi Gulf Coast. White averaged 15.7 points, 11 rebounds and 2.5 blocks per game as a sophomore during the 2019-20 season. Jackson State will start its season Nov. 9 at 7 p.m. at North Carolina.

Kariema Rodríguez-Díaz - Lake Erie College Kariema Rodriguez-Diaz A native of Naranjito, Puerto Rico, Kariema Rodriguez-Diaz is an outside hitter at Lake Erie College, which has an NCAA Division II volleyball program located in Painesville, Ohio, just outside of Cleveland. Diaz has averaged 2.51 kills and 2.65 digs per game over 33 matches in two seasons.

Okay people we've have been cranking out interviews for most of the summer. On this installment of "2k22's Hottest Summer Bods of Sports & Entertainment" we really wanted to do an interview but it isn't always easy to pull it off due to the busy schedules of the awesome people that are featured. Nonetheless we had to bring this issue because of the dope posts that the women of the sports and entertainment world have recently made. Patience is a virtue, but productivity is as well. Emiah Downey Emiah Downie Emiah Downie A product of Green Acres, Florida, Emiah Downie played two seasons of college basketball at Thomas University from 2019-21. In her second season she averaged a career high of 8.3 points. She's currently attending Florida A&M and concentrating on her entrepreneurial skills as a hair stylist.
