Not Fred And Buried Yet: Robert Englund Returns For Elm Street Documentary Trailer
Away from Chucky, chainsaws, and Crystal Lake, one name sticks out in horror for haunting our nightmares since 1984. With the eerie voices of little girls singing nursery rhymes in your ears, horror legend #RobertEnglund is back as Freddy Krueger for one more spin in the makeup chair. No, sadly this isn't another A Nightmare On Elm Street film, but it is about as close as we are ever going to get.

Are you still hungry for more Hannibal? Well, put down your menus, because here comes the dessert trolley with a glimmer of hope on the horizon for a revival of Bryan Fuller's mouth-watering masterpiece. While tumbling off a cliff to his apparent death, in the arms of a cannibalistic #MadsMikkelsen, may have seemed like a pretty surefire way to end his tenure on the show, #HughDancy seems ravenous to return to his role as Will Graham. #NBC's stylistic showstopper was cut short after just three seasons, with fans sharpening their knives for more ever since. In an interview with TV Line, Dancy confirms suspicions that if #Hannibal were to return, Will Graham would be in tow.

'Underworld: Blood Wars' Sucks The Life Out Of The Franchise With Disastrous Opening Weekend
Uh oh, it looks like bad news for the Underworld universe, as Underworld: Blood Wars has been slain by the competition in cinemas with a frankly frightful opening weekend. We here at Movie Pilot, we already tipped Blood Wars to be something of a marmite affair, even calling the death of #KateBeckinsale's career one of 2016's saddest on-screen deaths. However, it is now official that Blood Wars sucks. Perhaps we should have stuck a stake through the heart of Lycans vs. vamps after the fourth film.

Reinventing The Zombie Genre: 'The Girl With All The Gifts' Is The Best Present You Still Need To Open
While the wave of reanimated corpses still has us as gripped in 2017 as in the Romero days of 1968, Hollywood struggles more and more for a way to keep us infected with our fascination with #zombies. Just as 28 Days Later reinvented the zombie genre with fast-moving munchers, 2016's The Girl with All the Gifts gives another spin on the tale, putting children at the forefront of the outbreak, used as both a weapon and a cure for zombification.

Die Another (Groundhog) Day: This Morbid 'Groundhog Day' Theory Changes History Forever
As we look forward to spring, and pray that the groundhog will be popping his head out to signal the end of winter, let's delve under the snow for another wild theory to ruin a classic film. Admit it, we all love a good tin foil hat theory, like was Kevin's dad from Home Alone actually a mob boss, or was Friends actually the vision of a psychotic Phoebe Buffay? However, Groundhog Day has gone and clinched it with yet another morbid moment that makes your average dark Disney theory look like a rainbow.

American Horror Snorey: Why The 'Roanoke' Finale Will Leave You Snoozing
And we are outta here! #RyanMurphy's horror anthology waves us off with a bloody tissue for another year, while another #AmericanHorrorStory season comes to a close once more. For those expecting the finale to be some televisual spectacle to be lauded in listicles and Buzzfeed articles for years to come, you might as well turn back now. The milk has gone sour, the crops have dried up, and die-hard AHS fans will be left with the bitter taste of rendered pork fat in their mouths. This is the story of Roanoke "Chapter 10," a.k.a. "this little piggy went to sleep."

'Mission: Impossible 6' On 'Cruise' Control To Bring Back Familiar Faces

Where some might feel that the series has run out of steam (and spies), director Christopher McQuarrie promises that the IMF has been recruiting again and that the return of some old friends will bring the series back to its peak!

From 'Casper' To 'The Conjuring': Ranking The Ghosts From 'American Horror Story: Roanoke'
With more blood and guts than you could shake a pork kebab at, there was carnage and cannibalism over on #AmericanHorrorStory's sixth season. It was back to basics for the Roanoke chapter of #RyanMurphy's #horror masterpiece, and a good ol' ghost story with a non-family-friendly haunted house. With a body count higher than usual and literally no one making it out of the season alive, the characters are left wandering the astral plane as ghosts. Someone really should get Betelgeuse out to do some ghostbusting, but in the meantime, let's see how evil those Roanoke ghosts are — from Casper to Conjuring, who is who down on the farm?
