‘Yellowstone’ Claims Another Body
Grade: B- As the death count continues to rise, this current episode of Yellowstone is all about guilt. To be particular, it is about Jamie’s guilt for Sarah. His sense of responsibility for her death devolves soon as he seeks to destroy evidence.

Lady Bacon. Content Warning.
Police officer Cristin Morry stood tall. Tall like trees or skyscrapers or basketball players. She played some in her day. At six feet three inches, she towered over the guys on the force. Her hair looked pert in its tight, brown donut bun. With skin the color of vanilla wafers, she stood out amongst her peers in the Wilmington Police Department in Delaware. As she walked her beat, she noticed two teenagers.

The rolling hills and lush greenery of the golf course had been blackened by the night. Sparse amounts of electricity highlighted the tuxedos and evening gowns. There existed a sense of accomplishment and achievement in the air. For the life work of the people who had not sacrificed but chose the gain over pain, this night remained for them. *Lobster consommé with shellfish tartare, lobster and Kalix bleak roe, Truffle-stuffed quail with parsley root, brussels sprouts and port wine gravy, lemon and fresh cheese mousse with sea-buckthorn sorbet adorned the tables. Wine spilled into chilled glasses. Applause arose. At the Mercier Country Club in Smartystan formerly Wilmington, Delaware. The mistress of ceremonies, Frida Wilkins, looked smart in a custom made gown that highlighted her dark features. Diamonds and pearls blanketed her dress. She stood tall and projected in sync with the microphone. She stood before the room of patrons and donors to the Dr. Marie Maynard Daly Prize organization. “We thank you for attending this gala to honor our laureates. Each of these individuals has demonstrated what it means to be an extraordinary citizen of this country-state.” More applause. “And it is my esteemed honor to have the Founders of Smartystan in this house, would you all please stand.” Dr. Strong, Dr. Frampton, Bellinda, and Go all rose to their feet. More applause. All of their significant others sat by them. Chanda stood next to Go, Dr. Frampton received support from Roger, Bellinda became bolstere by Timothy and Monica II seemed more human, more alive than some of the attendees as she remained in close proximity to Dr. Strong.

‘Yellowstone’ Drops Another Body
Grade: B In an episode full of Kayce’s pertinent regard to his father’s alleged death, fighting the medical examiners, letting them know his rights, it shows his brain power. Also, Beth is rather sullen and almost withdrawn when she encounters Thomas Rainwater. Where Kayce is determined and still a very much relevant part of all of this investigation, he stays cool headed and rational in his motives.

What Lessons can be Learned from ‘The Piano Lesson’?
Grade: A- If Malcolm Washington doesn’t win the Oscar® for best director, the Academy Awards is full of racists and should be banned…kidding. He does a fine job but the weight of the late great August Wilson’s powerful storytelling may prevent him from walking away with a golden statuette on Hollywood's biggest night.

Polished floors still seemed great. It was one of the few things permitted to be of the highest detail. Floors of the gym looked like glass. The wooden beams almost sparkled under the mop. That was the catch. The Average Capacity Association (ACA) barred anyone from using the technology of a machine to power wash the surfaces. They had to use the old mop and bucket…and like it. Chairs lined up in precise fashion, though. For the president of the ACA to speak, they had to have at least made it presentable for him. A suited man with sunglasses opened the door. Vergara walked out of his car and just looked around. He darted his eyes from left to right like a cat from a fairy tale or a clock on the wall. Nervousness did not envelope him, though he seemed cautious. His tie had been clasped but the button under it had not been. With quickness, he buttoned it and kept moving.

'Yellowstone' Shows the Power of Beth
Grade: B+ Just looking online at all of the merchandise related to Beth Dutton is amazing. There’re mugs, and t-shirts reading “Beth Dutton is my Spirit Animal.” She rules this episode. While some might call it white woman privilege, she begins the episode by showing some of her cleavage prepared to get away with speeding in her Bentley. Instead, she is met with a female officer who essentially gives her a warning and a kind word for Rip. She knows “what it takes to get the steak on her plate” and isn’t ashamed to let Beth know about it.

A Woke
The current proponents of woke agendas show themselves to be parasites. They feed upon a host that should be reserved for the proper and the clearly-defined. Woke means that you are awake, aware. All of the people who champion the ideals of gender issues and sexual orientation and assignment issues without caring for such individuals truly; of wishing to defund law enforcement; the diversity, equality, and inclusion (DEI) supporters rarely if ever give thought to merit and talent rather than chemical makeup; the thoughts about being for tribalism and collectivism are harsh and violent turns.

Double ‘Cross’ed. Content Warning.
Grade: D+ It’s empowering to see black men in commanding roles on screens large and small. There should be, though, a sense of merit without the DEI nonsense in the writer’s room. In watching Cross, there seems to be a disconnect between what a black man PhD psychologist detective Alex Cross (Aldis Hodge) on TV feels off-putting, inauthentic, and problematic.

‘Yellowstone’ Presents a Possible Murder Howdunnit
Rating: C+ In the first twelve minutes of the season five premiere, episode nine, part two of the series Yellowstone, the audience gets glimpses of a grisly scene. Blood on the walls and a pistol by a body become alarming. There’s no shot of the face which is intriguing enough because this show never shies from showing forceful acts and sexual situations. It appears as if John Dutton (Kevin Costner) has been unalived at his own hands. This prompts Beth Dutton (Kelly Reilly) to join her brother Kacey Dutton (Luke Grimes) and venture into the scene which has been taped off by police and medical and law enforcement vehicles dot the area.

The Viral Video. Runner-Up in Future Fragments Challenge. Content Warning.
Wilmington, Delaware 2050 “It’s not about that,” Dr. Gliese Reddington of New Sweden University fired back at her husband. She had eyes like fresh cut stone and skin the shade of lilies. Wilmington Stock Exchange (WiSE) hedge fund manager Kenyon Reddington had skin the color of midnight.
