Pizza Box
The Rehoboth Beach, Delaware waters swelled into a blue-green splotch against the graying skies. Master Gunnery Sergeant Hamner Coral sat with his grandchildren Titan and Marietta. A fire in the corner toasted the trio on this February day. Coral always loved to see the snowflakes fall on the sand like pencil shavings spilling into a wastepaper basket.

Reason First: Why Would Rapper Bussdown Write a Song Referencing a Murder He Committed?
How stupid for Bussdown and fortunate for the fallen’s family does a rapper have to be to rap about the very crime that now has him sentenced to life in prison? Rapper Bussdown recorded a 2017 song called “Cookies” that details the circumstances surrounding the case. The North Carolina hip hop recording artist’s irrationalism led to a break and solution to a murder. All of this pertained to a man who refused to return his firearm. But the real issue is how empty-headed that Bussdown had to be to go on and record about the his involvement in the crime.

Reason First: Should More Than Just Marijuana Be Legalized?
Marijuana is the du jour semi-legal drug in America today as far as a push for federal legalization is concerned. But why not other drugs? Can’t heroin and opioids be legalized and freely available, respectively. Why is it that drugs like cocaine receive negative views even in vicious ones, even though they’re only substances?

Reason First: Should Electronic Gaming Be a Mental Illness?
For all of those CallofDuty (CoD) and WorldofWarcraft (WoW) junkies out there, you might be facing a problem other than advancing to the next digital stage: Mental health. Reason First: Will the Figures Behind #MeToo and #TimesUp Take Down Rapper Sosamann?
In the time of the #MeToo and #TimesUp era, Houston rapper Sosamann ought to know better than to be caught up in a quagmire regarding holding women against their will. In any time period, this would be unacceptable behavior, but now, it is particularly toxic. Sosamann received charges relating to human trafficking. This connected to a prostitution sting in Los Angeles, California. Two unnamed women reported while in custody of the police that they had been forced to stay with Sosamann.

Reason First: Did Theresa May Exit too Early or too Late?
What happened to the “stiff upper lip” mentality of Britons? Maybe the expression of emotion was Theresa May’s way of defeating repression. With her exit as prime minister of Britain, she now has time to reassess her policies and step back and review her time as Head of State. Back-to-back resignations from from David Cameron in 2016 to now May, might place Great Britain in a state of puzzlement. Will May’s successor be able to hold the reins long enough enough to see a proper Brexit deal in the fall?

Reason First: Should John Walker Lindh Be Shunned?
That this male has been released on good behavior is an injustice to people who wish to live their lives free of worry. While the “War on Terror” actually means nothing because you can’t wage war on an inanimate object, a better term would be a War on Jihadism. And Lindh is a prime example of a person who should be serving a life sentence for his crime of aiding the Taliban. There ought to be no sympathy for a derelict criminal who lent his support to one of the most notorious organizations ever founded. With his release, Lindh will be able to breathe air in somewhat freedom. The element of the law ought to reconsider what a threat this man poses to rational individuals.

Reason First: How Should JAY-Z Respond to a Legal Battle and Praise?
When it comes to trials and triumphs, few gracefully carry both sides other than JAY-Z. Reason First: Is Robert F. Smith's Gift More Important Than How He Made the Money?
The benevolence of billionaires is a thing to behold. These ten to twelve figure plus bank account holders have more than is necessary to live multiple lifetimes. Their ability to donate, exchange, and share funds based on their enormous fortunes is a sign that the government ought not be in the business of granting loans (in the future) among a whole host of other functions of the federal, state, and, city agencies.

Reason First: Is Kodak Black Too Much for Hip Hop?
Though he has not been charged with a March 7 shooting in his hometown of Pompano Beach, Florida, rapper Kodak Black has certainly garnered negative attention for his alleged wicked ways. With fingerprints on an illicit firearm attached to the “ZEZE” rap artist, it seems as if the young man just can’t get right. Kodak Black has attracted bad press like a magnet draws iron filings.

Reason First: Can Boxer Adrien Broner Be Redeemed?
Boxer Adrien Broner is in crisis. In an Instagram post, Broner declared that he didn’t “want to live.” After a battery of legal and street nonsense, Broner has handled losing to boxer Manny Pacquiao in a sketchy way. The “About Billions” boxer faced charges related to untoward advances against a young woman outside of a Louis Vuitton store in Cleveland. While the charges never stuck, the profile of the pugilist became a bit shadier. Also, Broner found himself in disfavor for his unsavory comments against gay people.

Reason First: Did Having Sex with an Alleged 2,000 Women Make a Man Out of Lamar Odom?
Ex NBA player Lamar Odom’s confession that he engaged in sexual relations with more than 2,000 women points to the issue of manhood. Even if this count is true which is dubious, it’s not a good sign. While he claims that he is a “sex addict” the truth is that there is no such thing. Having sex with scores of women does not make a man out of anyone. It makes you a hunk of flesh guided by whatever whim that points you to the next female. The psychology of his actions is for his psychiatrist to determine, but the term “sex addict” is an anti-concept. It has no definition. One might be a whim worshipper and get kicks from coital relations but that is not the same as some who remain addicted to drugs. Speaking of which, Odom claims that the sexual promiscuity triggered his drug habit. In all of the subjective ways that a male might find himself, Odom has crossed that threshold. To say that the action of laying down with women lead to a cocaine addiction is purely based on feelings. As he emoted about becoming a licentious person and adding that drugs merely supplemented the situation.
